Jess Anderson Talent and Model Agency, Lakeland FL

They are an Agency that makes most of their money from people who aspire to act and model and make them pay 1200-2000 dollars for print outs of a few pictures they take of you outside their studio not from the 10-20% they would make getting you work as an actual agent. She was very pushy and tried to convince me to MAX out both of my credit cards and take out a loan to come up with the money for pictures

Jess Anderson Talent and Model Agency is an magnificent agency for beginners like myself! Jess and Susan works amazingly side by side with their talents to get them far in the industry. Highly recommended for beginners and experienced models!

Jess and Sue are so kind and are very understanding to their clients. Their location is very homie and make me feel right at home. The photos they take are stunning and it is so nice to work with them.

While the invitation may stand, I am yet to receive an answer to my direct question. This is a yes or no question. We’re the photos we were provided after purchasing your package your best work? If anyone would like to see these photos please feel free to reach out. I will gladly provide an example of what we received from Jess Anderson Talent next to a photo taken on an iPhone and printed from our basic HP printer for comparison.

I'm actually with this agency and am very impressed by its professionalism and eagerness to work with many different people with different life circumstances. I'd never modeled professionally before and have been submitted to and attended many different events. They're always networking and trying to be accommodating!
Also, I signed up for this particular agency because of the fact that they aren't sketchy, and I don't have to worry about being signed up for any jobs that require me to be in a swimsuit or anything less, or work with alcohol/tobacco companies.

I've been with these wonderful people since 2019. I LOVE being apart of Jess and Sue Anderson's Talent and Model Agency! They've been nothing but professional, respectable, honest, and kind. They treat you like you're part of their own family. They make sure they stay in touch weekly and all kinds of work from them weekly. They have me scheduled on a couple of fun awesome projects coming up with print work. And Sue did a beautiful job with with my composite pictures. I'm blessed to have them apart of mine and my families life!

I have been with Jess and Sue for about 6 months now. Jess has always been very positive and aggressive in forwarding me for auditions. Some I have landed, and some not, but he always does his very best to push me for anything he believes I would be good for. He answers his phone any hour of the day or night.
Right now, he has me up for an LL Bean ad, and I appreciate his hard work!

Jess and Susie are so encouraging and helpful when first starting up with your modeling. I have been with them since 2019 and they are on top of getting you gigs that fit you and your life. My photo will be getting put in the Sophisticated Buyer and Focus Magazine this month, I have an audition tomorrow for a hair show for Aloxxi, and I'm also looking forward to being apart of Sun 'N Fun airshow helping out Aero Shell come April. I'm so excited for the current opportunities lined up and future opportunities to come. And I have Jess and Susie to thank for all the hard work and time they put into setting them up for me, and always giving me all the information I need each time. They're completely up front, honest, and encouraging. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in a heart beat, if you're looking into modeling.

Jess and Susan are THE BEST. I have been a member of the agency since 2013. They are professional, courteous, loving, smart, resourceful, and work countless hours for others every single day. I have had a number of GREAT opportunities because of them to include shooting the TV show CLAWS, Publix training video, Disney's Animal Kingdom wedding special, print work for the Lakelander, Sophisticated Buyer, Polk Life Magazine and MORE! They are honest individuals who care. In an industry that sometimes THRIVES on being dishonest, these two are NOT a part of that ideology. I highly recommend them to aspiring talent!

People if you’re trying to get into the industry please do your research! This so called agency doesn’t care about talent! They don’t keep there doors open by getting you work. This is strictly a photography business. That’s how they pay there bills! Just think about it they have about 10-20 people everyday signing up and paying 1,000 bucks. Just do the math people! So again getting you work is the least of there concern. They just cover themselves legally by sending you on these bs auditions. A real company don’t advertise there agency. A real company doesn’t charge you money. A real agency only gets paid when they get you work. That’s why a real agency are selective in who they represent. This agency accepts anything including my dog that has a thousand dollars!

Jess and Sue are so nice and sweet to their models! I have only been with them for a year, but they have been so supportive and have connected me with so many opportunities. Even though I am away at school for most of the year, they continue to send me gigs! They were even able to help me land a big shoot with L'ANZA hair care right before the holidays. I would definitely recommend speaking with Jess and Sue, even if you aren't entirely sure about modeling!

Jess and Susan Anderson recently got me booked for a main role at the salon centric headquarters, representing Lanza hair care! And they want to rebook me for future events! So excited!

There are so many marvelous things I could say about Jess and Susan that I could go on forever! But I think the most special is the individual care they show for you and your dreams in this business. Within my first month of being with them I was in a major motion picture coming out next year and I am also being featured in two print ads one being Sophisticated Buyer and Focus Magazine. From the bottom of my heart thank you two so much for all you do for me and for the last couple auditions y'all have sent me including Disney and TaylorMade Golf Wear.

I love this modeling agency! It’s local and even for being in the middle of Florida, I’m still getting casted for hair shows, fashion shows, and commercials all over. I just recently was in a Hair Shoot for L’anza Hair Care. I also went to Miami for a Rooms to Go commercial casting. I used to model in New York when I lived in Connecticut. When I moved I thought my career was slowing down. I’m thankful for this agency because I am still able to do what I love.

I drove 6 hours to their office just to find out that I would have to pay an additional 1000 for pictures not including the money we spent on gas and the overall trip to this agency. Do not waste your time or your money on this establishment it is a waste.

They made me fell very insecure and even when I said no they continued to pressure me to try and get me to say yes but I stuck my ground said no she even tried to get me to pay half price but I never thought someone so professional would make me feel less of myself she kept saying stuff about my height because she thought I said no because of my height I said no because I don't want to be a model and I don't like my picture taken a lot she is a pushy person for future reference don't let her try to pressure you in to anything she didn't like the fact that when I said yes I changed my mind to no because something felt off that's when she started to pressure me even her daughter try to get me to say yes when I was getting my stuff to leave the lady was so unprofessional she so desperate she was begging me I still said no
