Very kind, pleasant and a good listener. First time at the walk in clinic and had a very good experience with everyone that helped me. Will definitely be back for any needs when I can not see my primary in short notice.

On Oct 8th I went to ER at Santa Rosa Hosp. After suffering a puncture wound by a dead branch. They cleaned it and sewed it up. Prescribed Doxycycline for 5 days.
As the week went on, it got red and swollen. My Doctor was out Friday so I went to urgent care and saw Jessica Rife.
She was very concerned something was going on inside the wound and said to go to emergency Saturday if it started draining. She prescribed two AbX and gave me an ABX shot.
It did drain, so back to ER for me.
They ran lots of tests plus xray and a drip ABX and sent home.
It wasn't until I saw my PCP Dr. LeThi that she opened it and took out a piece of wood about 1 inch long and 1/4 inch round!
She packed it several times and now I am on the mend! Finally.

Very professional. I had an afternoon appointment but they took me in earlier that day. Would recommend utilizing their services since my own doctor couldn't accommodate me.

She was so attentive to me, she listened to everything I had to say, she offered her professional opinion, and had genuine care and concern for my well being. She made great suggestions. I would love to have her for my PCP and I highly recommend.

It's been a long time, since I have had a ARPN, that have had the patient and caring and time to spend on me. I was very ill, had been to two urgent care facilities, one emergency room and was still not well, I could really feel her genuine heart felt care, from her to make sure that I got better, and she did it. Also the nurse that was on duty also with her was also full of care and patient. I will recommend her to all my family and friends

Both Veronica and Jessica displayed the utmost compassion and professionalism any patient could want and expect. My issue, although non life threatening, was treated with care and precautions taken to mitigate further infection and the dreaded symptoms associated with illness.

She should really work on her active listening skills. I had to repeat myself over and over. Both myself and my husband repeated ourselves the entire visit. She honestly didn’t pay attention to anything we were saying. She asked me 4 times if I was taking anything over the counter. She seemed to be on too many energy pills or something. I am now looking for somewhere else to go. Santa Rosa Medical Group really needs to revamp their staff. Horrible physicians.
