Jet Boat accommodated my family of 20 and we had an amazing time. Thank you guys so much they kids had the times of their lives. The captain and the tour guide was amazing. It was hectic because it was a lot of us but they were so patient.

I knew we were about to get soaked once the captain put on his fowl weather gear! We had a blast, minus losing the 400 dollar Gucci glasses to the water! Hold on to everything loose because your in for a wild ride!

Man oh man, I had a freaking blast… If you are a beginner or intermediate or professional jet ski Driver this is the place you want to book! From beginning to end everyone was patient and friendly.our instructor was excellent, he gave us very descriptive information on how to drive the jet skis, he took pics and videos for us and did I mention he was fioooonneeee

They only care about the money you paid and not their customers. The website and everything looks great, but just wait until you need something from them. They could care less about you, especially if you have already paid. Don’t waste your money on these thieves.

We used this company when we did our jet boat ride and jet skis. Price was reasonable and time for each rise was worth the money.

The pricing wasn’t bad, pretty average with other jet ski rental places. It was a little sketchy, compared to others, though. There’s no test or training like with other companies. The area that you could jet ski was pretty big, which was great. They also had many other fun options such as water jet packs and banana boats. My jet ski was broken and wouldn’t top out at full speed so that was kind of a buzz kill.

If you are late or cant make it and didnt reschedule 24 hrs in advance then you can just forget your money, they don't work with you i spent 30 minutes trying to get the banana boat on a different day but it was "too late" because there only 12 hours till the ride. But Iam giving this place a 4 because we went on the jet boat and the staff on boat was lovely and very entertaining! It was very fun with the boat twisting and turning in the water!

Jet boat was GREAT but DO NOT GO ON THE BANANA BOAT. The staff was very rude and none attentive. They had zero patients with us. To be a first time visitor I’ll never go back for the Banana Boat! But I’ll gladly go for the Jet Boat ‍️

Everyone was pretty nice. 20 min on the banana boat sounds like nothing, but it was just the right amount if time. It was a great experience with the kids.

Fails to state that you have to pay for gas and they hold $150 that doesnt get refunded until 3. Days.
-Experience was overall fun and they captain and the tour guide makes it a very entertaining experience

SO so so much fun! I came here with my cousin and let me just say it was 20 minutes of pure adrenaline! Will be coming back for sure.

It was such an amazing experience. Well worth the money. Everyone was nice and courteous. Be sure to arrive on time as they run a tight schedule. They have a lockbox to put your belongings but i really wouldn't bring anything for the ride. I did the boat ride and jet ski combo and it was more than plenty. Wear flip flops as you will definately get wet. I am definately glad I selected this venue for my water activities!

Our guide, Dre, was funny and engaged us throughout the tour. Captain Robert did some good turns and there was water for us all. Didn’t get soaked but enough to cool us from the Miami heat. Glad we decided to try this ride!

We enjoyed Jet Boat Miami. Dealing with the traffic and parking downtown is just something I wasn’t expecting. But my family throughly enjoyed the ride and the sightseeing. They say you will get wet and you will. Very fun leave a change of clothes or towels in the car. Only 4 stars since our photos for the 5: 15 tour never came up on their website. But definitely a fun way to start our vacation.

Had a great time on the Jet Ski, but I have not seen my $150 deposit come back to my account. It's been 3 weeks now. As I began reading the complaints, this is a major issue. I suggest if you want your money back, take cash for the deposit, something they definitely can't keep or play around with. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! THIEVES!

The ride was fun with lots of thrilling turns but it was you get very wet. It didn't last very long and I thought it lacked the information I was expecting.

Service was awesome, the guys are very profesional, and everything on time. I defenetly recomend this place with my eyes close.

Customer service was incredibly rude! The ladies seemed to be annoyed and very short with you. Find a better job if you don’t like it. Next step is reporting to the better business bureau.
