JET SKI RENTAL LIFES A BEACH WATERSPORTS, Pompano Beach FL

This is a great place to rent jet skis, kayaks and beach equipment. Very good prices compared to other rentals in the area. Beautiful part of Pompano Beach, particularly in the mornings. Close to the lighthouse and very family friendly!

One star is gracious. We had a reservation at 11: 30. We sat for two hours waiting. Very unorganized. Not pleased with our experience at all.

Great service employees and the owner Matt were amazing. Great experience on the jet skis very professional with providing rules and expressing safety. Will be coming back next year with the family for another amazing vacation.

This place is overpriced and really only remotely worth it if you’re staying in the three or four resorts that are directly adjacent to it. These Jet skis are boring. This strip of beach has a lot of seaweed which clogs them up and you can only ride in a very small square of open water. If you go too far out in any direction they come and get you. Forget about riding with friends as you have to always be far away from everything else or they will come get you. There’s no adventure to be had here so if that’s what you’re after, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, like on an actual jet ski tour or something.

It was like paradise! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The jet skiing with the lighthouse in the background and the crystal clear blue water reminded me of my honeymoon in the Bahamas! I would definitely recommend this experience. Can't wait to return.

My friends and I had a G-REAT time jet skiing! Can't beat the price and the staff was super helpful-my first time riding. Wish you didn't have a girlfriend Mike! SO cute.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure our experience was fantastic. They rented us a very nice jet ski and will definitely go back soon.

Had a great experience. The employees were fun and energetic. They gave off awesome vibes that had us smiling and laughing but also kept everything extremely professional. Will be coming back again soon.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The owner Matt is extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unaccommodating. I rented a 30 minute jet ski ride and expected to hold the throttle and go AT LEAST 25mph. Due to the amount of seaweed, the engine kept overheating and the whole time we went a speed of 7mph. Of course, nature is nature and out of the owner and facilities control. However, prior to our ride, the staff said that there would be minor seaweed and if it started to slow down, just hop off the back and pull it out.ok. I jumped off the jet ski 4 times to pull out the seaweed, each time I jumped off it took about 5 minutes. That equals 20 minutes total of our 30 minute ride. So, like I said, we cannot control nature, but an owner can be reasonable enough to realize that our experience was not up to par with what was advertised and expected. Unfortunately, he did not. We asked if we could come back another day where maybe the seaweed would be less intrusive, or if we could have our money back. He did neither, did not care at all. He completely dismissed the situation and was incredibly rude and arrogant. The jet ski was overheated from the moment we got on and it was a waste of money. Plenty of other businesses in South Florida so if you want to go jet skiing, do not go here. Give literally any other place your business.

Had a great time with my girlfriend on the Jetski for the low price of 90 for an hour. The guys that worked there were pretty cool too

Prices are good, equipment is nice. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. It is a fun place to hang out.

Wish I could give zero stars. There were two men at the hut when we arrived. One of them was extremely pleasant and the other was an absolute jerk (and judging by other reviews, the jerk was the owner). He was extremely disrespectful and had no sense of time management. We were scheduled to be on the jet ski by 11: 45 and we did not get out on the water until almost 2pm. This was after I called the day before and was told that the introductory material would take no longer than 15 minutes. This business has horrible organization overall. I’m just glad that I purchased the Groupon and didn’t have to pay full price for it.

Usually never write reviews but this place make be so disappointed and angry. The problem is this place is not organized, we have to wait for 2 hours to get jet ski. No Customer service. So unhappy

Let me start off but saying that Matt is very rude and for a guy that’s been in business for “15” years, you should have your policies written down. He didn’t allow for an extra switch unless we paid $20 extra. Which wasn’t written ANYWHERE. The staff called the owner Matt, and He said it’s because his employees have to stop what their doing to do the switch and it risks their safely. 1st of all, he’s betting the safely of his employees with $20, how does that make sense? 2nd we weren’t asking for any extra time and if the switch takes time, it’s all on the 60min we paid for anyway. 3rd, I watch his employees as ppl are in the water, and they aren’t doing anything that looks like we would be inconvening them if we were to do a switch so his logic makes no sense. The employees were nice for the most part. But as for the owner Matt, you have a lack of skill set in my opinion.

HORRIBLE SERVICE bought Groupon scheduled an appt for 12pm show up at 11: 45 and they say the water is too choppy to ride no call no nothing saying this before we got there drove 35 min to not be able to do anything! No compensation whatsoever it was my mothers last day on vacation so we cannot even reschedule very disappointed DO NOT BUY THIS GROUPON YOU WILL GET SCREWED
