Jet Ski Rentals - Ft. Lauderdale Watersports, Pompano Beach FL

Amazing time beautiful right in the beach! Very outstanding hospitality and positive attitudes. They even put me exactly where I wanted to sit 10 out of 10 recommend to everyone.

We rarely give 1 star to any business, but this time we couldn’t stop us. We booked for parasailing from their website and got an email confirmation with a receipt. We received Final Confirmation a day before the parasailing event. On the day (12/16/23) of the parasailing activity it was windy nobody from the parasailing team showed up. We came 30 mins before as stated in the email to the location we couldn’t find anybody from the team. They didn’t call us or email us to reschedule or cancel the appointment due to the weather. When we tried calling them to see if we could reschedule the appointment or to get a refund because of the weather, no one answered the phone call nor returned our call. We sent an email mentioned in the confirmation email, but no response.

Incredibly fun! Guys were super friendly and had jokes the whole time. It’s like an on the water rollercoaster with endless laughter.

My wife and myself had such an awesome time! The crew at Fort Lauderdale watersports are definitely unmatched. Everyone on staff was definitely well mannered, respectful, and just flat out awesome!

My family and I had an amazing time.so much so that we went two days in a row. If you're thinking about Jey Skis in Florida, this is the place to go. Great service and instructions were very clear. My dare devil 19 year old daughter fell off and did everything they told her to do. She got back on and continued to have a blast. My new jet ski place hands downs.

They were awesome! The whole entire experience was great! Smooth! Answered any and all question even played music we requested! Thank you!

The staff were very thorough in explaining the operation of the Jet Skis that we rented.

The next time we are in the Fort Lauderdale area and would like to go out again we will use your company.

First time on Jet Skis and the staff made me feel very comfortable. We had a GREAT time. It was very easy to book and affordable. Jet Skis were high quality and easy to navigate.

Rented a jet ski for an hour and had an amazing experience, I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and will have to come again! Keith made our time run smoothly and efficiently and did a great job explaining and making this experience great!:)

Keith, Chris, and Nate took care of us today and they were absolutely amazing. Great conversation, quick to check in and get out in the water right away. Even let us hang out there for a little bit. If ever in the area please check these guys out it’s worth it.

Zach was a pleasure to talk to over the phone in order to get all the information needed to rent our jet skis. Chris and Nate took great care of us when my daughter and I arrived. We had an amazing time and will be back!

The jet skis and guys there were all great. Gave it 4 stars because the info I got when I first called was incorrect. Parking is free, across the street and you cannot use the resorts pool. The experience itself was great!

Best time ever! Chris was awesome and our driver was Nate, best money spent at the beach to give our son a fun experience!
Side note: while paying, I left my Ray Bans at the counter on accident and they returned them to me! Such nice guys!

I absolutely had an amazing time with my family at this place. The parasailing with Capt. Alex and JP was a blast. Would 10/10 recommend booking a 500’ flight, which is what we did. All the way from the quick and easy checkin process, then to the banana boat ride out to the parasail boat was such an adventure. Also, the guys at the tiki hut made for a quick and easy Jetski signup right after parasail. On top of it all my family got to sit in a nice shady cabana while everyone else went on the jetski. What a great spot!

Aaron and Chris were awesome-Chris at the front desk had amazing customer service and Aaron drove the jet ski & it was literally the best banana boat ride I've ever taken! Totally worth the money! I took my 3 kids on my Birthday and it was a memory we will share forever!

We booked for parasailing on their website, and got an email conformation and a receipt for our booking. We Ubered 20 mins there and it started raining heavy (keep in mind they didn’t call us or reach out to reschedule or cancel because of the weather) so we tired calling them to see if we can cancel and get a refund because the weather was really bad for parasailing, no one would answer the phone and after calling a few times they finally answered and apparently they don’t even offer parasailing anymore! Nowhere is it mentioned that they don’t offer that service anymore! If you go on their website or even their social media parasailing is the main activity advertised and it let’s you book it normally with no issues! They gave me the “corporate” email to ask them for the refund because apparently they can’t refund us on the phone. I’m still waiting for a response on the email but this is completely UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Do better.
