This was a lot of fun, I got to see a side of Miami you can't see driving in a car. Great tour and Alejandro was the best tour guide, he made the whole experience.

Absolutely horrible experience another jet ski hit me pulling in and they charged me $250.00 never come here completely took advantageof me. Jet ski had no working gas gage as well as full of damage and taped shut center console that was all considered normal. When questioned they said it's fine. I have a full video of damage to jet ski prior to trip as well. On a side note the tour guide was a very nice guy and did a good job.

Really good time. I enjoyed riding around and seeing the sites. Doing everything on a jet ski makes it that much better!

I would recommend avoiding this place like the plague. I was book in for the 12pm tour on Tuesday, due to the weather I emailed them and they confirmed it was still going ahead, so I turned up waited over an hour for nobody to show up, it took 5 emails, and 4 unanswered phone calls until the owner showed up. He said it was because he can’t make international calls. He booked me on the tour the next day, and said he would allow me extra time out on the water and throw in the photo package. It took 2 emails to eventually get this into writing. I turned up today and everything was fine, except we didn’t start until 12.15 and then my jet ski broke down during the tour meaning I had to be towed back to get another jet ski which meant less time than everybody else on the water. The picture/video package included nothing of the mansions and a picture taken in one spot. Due to this being included I didn’t take my phone out and it was only when I asked to go get did Kevin say he would take the photos and videos. He air dropped me the photo afterwards however not the video which I didn’t realise until I had left.

On the website it advertises 6 islands, we did one lap around the first one and then the free ride, absolutely nowhere near what is advertised on the website.

Whilst I did enjoy the ride, I would never recommend it to anybody.

Did the early bird special and had a great time! Our guide alejandro was great and informative and not on top of us, the tour was about 15 min and 45 min free time with plenty of space to explore and enjoy highly recommend

Told us to pay 500 dollars for flipping the jet ski on accident. They didn’t give us a warning that we had to pay for it, and said that if we pay cash it would be a discount. Overall the jet skis were not bad, but the experience was not ideal.

Fun stop: During the briefing, the provider has a statement signed stating that capsizing with the jet ski costs $250 (because of alleged damage, which is not true!) and that you have to pay horrendous costs for even the smallest scratch, e.g. $250 per inch fiberglass repair plus downtime during repair at $395 per day. The tour guide was not in the mood and didn't drive the booked tour "Venetian Islands (total of 6 islands), Hibiscus Island & Palm Island" with us, but only half a lap around Star Island and then just let us drive freely. The “tour” also started 5 minutes late and we had to return the jet ski 5 minutes before the time was up, so it was only a 50-minute journey. The jet ski already had a broken rear-view mirror and while driving, a red warning light and a warning sound went on, which the tour guide said we should just ignore. Instead of "blocking" the deposit, the tour guide booked the amount and I only got my deposit back a few weeks later after being asked twice by email. However, since there were now two "correct" bookings instead of the unblocking, I also suffered a loss of around 10 euros due to exchange rate fluctuations and the transaction fees! For his lousy service, the “tour guide” cheekily wanted an outrageously high tip ($50 to $60 - and that for a booking price of $139)! This supplier's online booking system doesn't work properly as they overbooked our tour and we were informed too late, so we went there for free first (using an Uber = $30 wasted expense!) and had to go back at a later time. By the way, the station on site consists only of an old box, a few old, broken chairs and a parasol. There are no changing rooms to take off your wet swimwear afterwards, no toilets and no parking spaces. An hour of free driving is also cheaper with other providers - even without paying a deposit and with parking spaces and toilets. We would never book there again!

Tyler and Alex ensured my wife and I were well informed and felt confident in using the jet ski’s, as first timers. Alex gave us a great tour, and the independent ‘play time’ was a blast.

Alex and Taylor we’re amazing to us, super professional and took good care of us. Alex was patient and polite during our tour. He even made tricks for us with his jet ski lol… I saw a dolphin! Will come back, definitely!

If you’re looking for jet skis in the Miami area, I highly recommend renting from this place! Tyler and Alex took care of my group of 3 and we did the 1-hour tour and free ride, which we felt was the perfect amount of time since we showed up at 4pm near closing time. Had we had more sunshine, we would have done 1.5hrs. The jet skis were very safe, and the operational instructions were very thorough. Loved every minute of it.

We booked the "early bird tour" at 10am for $139 where we were supposed to, as it is mentioned on the website, do the visit of 6 islands + 2 periods of free ride + a swim in Biscayne bay.
When we began our tour, the guide showed us real quick Star Island and then told us that we can have a free ride. Once our ride was done, we came back at the dock and the visit was over: this is clearly not what we've paid for. Once again, the details on the website mention clearly that the visit is comprised of a tour of several islands which we did not see.
We had an amazing experience with them six years ago, when we decided to go back to Miami we wanted to do it again with this company because we were sure to not be disappointed, unfortunately we felt tricked and the price we've paid was not worth it, at all. We chose this option to live an experience, to visit and we only had a free ride before returning to the dock.
I completely understand that if you pay more you get a chance to see more and have another experience but we just trusted the website so, to us, this is basically a false advertising they are promoting and a serious abuse of tourists to take advantage of their money.
We use to go very often in Miami and we will make sure next time to do jet-ski with another company which will be, I hope, more honest than them.

Also, there's a certification to get: on their website it's mentioned that we can do it online for free or a fee of $3 will be charged by them if you come 30min before, they can provide the course: this is wrong, this option doesn't exists, the skipper asked you to go to a website where you're charged for $10 to pass the exam.

It's a lot for only one hour of jet-ski.
