Always have good pizza. I work not far from Jets, so the delivery is always before the expected delivery time, and the delivery guys are always nice.

Really disappointed! Ordered through Uber eats. Veggie 4 corners - 4 tiny pieces- 17. +dollars! Never again. What would two Sicilian slices cost? Thats how big this was. I thought I was getting a decent size pie for that price. Never again. And it arrived ice cold

Jet's Pizza is always good! I decided on this day that I was going to upgrade my intelligence and knowledge about the internet by ordering online with them for the first time and getting a 20% discount off my order! Isn't that cool! The text said it would be ready in 15 minutes. There was one glitch. The website said that my order would be ready in 15 minutes and then I had a notification to click here to complete my order I was confused because they just said it was going to be ready in 15 minutes. So make sure you do that or your order will not go through. It does require you to put in your personal info, name, phone # credit card information. You can still pay cash but they want that information before they will let you order online.

Ordered Pepperoni, black olive, and mushroom calzone and a antipasto salad. Salad was fantastic, huge amount of meat. The calzone was another story. No taste what so ever and judging by the photo no pepperoni either. All I could taste was the dough. The pic of the salad is after I ate more than half of it.

Placed order online with an error. NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Placed a second order. They called to say order was going to be late because they were busy. NEVER once mentioned 2 orders. Still have never received email confirmation of first order. Only excepted one order. They refused
to credit first order even though it was not delivered. Angry. Said return order since they will not credit order that was not received. They refused to provide DM information and said they are not allowed

Will never order from there again. Good food. Poor customer service with no confirmation to customer. Only an error so you have to order twice service. Application to order online faulty but they refuse to credit with zero order confirmation. User beware.

My favorite pizza place. Luckily they aren't a far drive from me cuz they don't deliver to my house. But they are worth the drive.

They advised text for 20%, however this location optioned only if you save your credit card information with Corporate. Blamed it on Corp, but they are a franchise. Beware

Ordered the cauliflower crust pizza with pepperoni, mushroom and onions. There were 5 pieces of pepperoni cut in half, a few pieces of mushroom and onions. For 15.00 for a small (very small) I would have expected more.

Tip these guys they make excellent pies! Order online folks there's not enough guys making those pies to catch calls and still please everyone.

This particular store I frequent, they always make a terrific deep dish pepperoni pizza. I would highly recommend this store and I am a pizza connoisseur. I would never eat Papa John's, nor Domino's. They're overpriced and their Pizza just doesn't cut it.

Pizza came quickly.the Detroit style was absolutely delicious and the delivery man was a super nice guy. Brightened up my day

**If you see this posted still then you know they still don’t care** I’ve been a customer for years but will NEVER order again after the pm manager on duty 11/15/21offered a $3 credit for a $16 pizza that clearly had something spoiled come in contact with it. I offered to return the pie and was told that the partial credit was all she could do this close to closing. This was at 8: 15 pm when your website advertises 10pm as your closing time. Epic failure, So disappointed; rating remains 1 star until this is rectified.

Jet's pizza 8 corner pizza is basically two small pizzas side by side. The caramelized outer crust is out of this world! The rest of the crust is thick and filling but light at the same time, if that makes since. Its not chewy or heavy at all! The flavor of the pizza is delicious also. It's a bit salty but I love salt! Anyway, we all know pizza is a special treat and shouldn't be eaten every day anyway. LOVE JET'S PIZZA!

Let me start by saying, I didn’t expect it to be this dang good. I assumed it would be a generic “ok” tasting pizza. The crust was perfect, the pepperoni was juicy and the overall bite was amazing. Will return.

I tried to order one pizza 20 minutes before their posted closing time, and they said, they were no longer taking orders. I told the associate that I was currently in the parking lot, and she still refused my order.

Pizza is great employees less that average. Had a issue with web so I called to order the price was 25% higher by calling I made mention to employee he told me "the price is higher cause you have to talk to me so if you want a better price order online.

First time reviewing on maps, I'll try not to screw it up. Rarely do I feel the need to post a review unless I have an incredible experience. Jets Pizza is the best pizza we have purchased in a long time. We make our own pizzas from scratch so yes, we are snobs. If I lived in this neighborhood I'd weigh 400 pounds. We stayed at the KOA around the corner and we tired and hungry. Staff reccomended we order as they deliver right to our campsite (thanks Randy). I could not stop eating this pizza and went back at 2am for thirds. Salad was just as good. If you are in St Pete. Get some, we'll be back next year. I'd post a photo but I'm old and didn't have a grandchild handy. Picture wouldn't do this pizza justice anyway.

Ordered 2 slices for pick up (lobby closed again). Sat in car with lights on for 20 min wait for curbside. Never came out. So let me get this straight, i have to call it in, pick it up, call for curbside and pay? Do i have to cook it myself too? You can't even look out that huge window and see a car with lights on in the pick up space? Youre pathetic and owe me 2 slices of pizza and gas money

I placed an order online and arrived at the time I was scheduled to pickup. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes. I don't think the pizza was even started when I arrived. The quality of the pizza was just ok. The staff was friendly and the store was clean.

Best NY style pizza I have ever tasted. The sauce is amazing and order crust with garlic parmesan Romano it so good. First time I ate the crust.
