This 5 stars is for the serviceman Joshua who serviced my refrigerator. He is so helpful and considerate and really tries his best to do a good job. Jetsons is very lucky to have someone as good as he is.

While looking for a side by side fridge despite the mgr “helping” us, we were pretty much on our own. We purchased a Samsung fridge on 12/20/23 and it was delivered in a timely manner. It took only a few days to realize the ice maker only made about 3 glasses of ice per day. As it was the holidays, I didn’t report this until 1/2/24. We had to wait nine days for service. The tech they sent, said he would turn the temp down by 8 degrees and that was all he would do. I voice to him that I was not happy with the lack of resolution to the problem and started to write not satisfied on the paper I was asked to sign. I was told not to write anything on the paper and then the tech snatched it away! Eventually the tech left while threatening to have our warranty revoked.
I reported this to the service department and after 3 days and several calls, reached the service mgr. He was disgusted by his tech Steve’s behavior, apologized and said he would speak to Chris who wrote up our sales paperwork. I he said I was to call Chris and so I did. We played phone tag for a few days and when we did catch up to each other by phone and despite him talking over me, agreed that they would refund our money and switch out the bad fridge for any of our choosing. I agreed to come by and we purchased a new fridge. The new fridge was the same price of the old. Great right? Yes, great that it was the same price but what about “swapping out” the bad fridge? Chris charged us for delivery and was rude when I questioned the charge.
The process of buying the first fridge to delivery of the second was 33 days. The 2 guys that delivered the new unit were extremely nice but, when they took the front door off it’s hinges, they chipped some paint off the door frame, There is a very large and heavy concrete planter in the entrance garden. It was moved and not put back. A metal sculpture was thrown into the ground cover and broken and a small copper bell was broken too!
We have bought every appliance in this house and our last from Jensen because our experiences were good. However, this is way too much trouble just to buy a refrigerator with a working ice maker!

Just read a review below similar to my situation, so I’m going to go ahead and share mine also.
We bought our Maytag washer from jetson in October 2021 with their extended warranty and the control panel crapped out on us 12/4. Zach their technician was able to come out on 12/6 and ordered the part. It took forever for the part to come in, he was able to come back to our home on 12/26 to realize that oops! Wrong part! The service manager Jessica said there are no loaner washers available but she would get the correct part ordered and scheduled us for Zach to come back out today, 1/3. Zach left after installing the control panel and lo and behold- my washer skips the wash cycle and just spins and spins on a low setting after filling with water. They can’t get anyone back out until 1/16. I’m at a loss for words! Going this long without being able to wash clothes in my own home is a huge inconvenience. The service and extended warranty from Jetson is not worth the headache. Purchase else ware.

I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for appliances or a mattress! Rob Clark is great and the rest of the staff! Couldn’t be more helpful every time I go or recommend people to them.

My family had a difficult problem with our washing machine. Luckily we had a fabulous young man named Zach. Zach was relentless is his approach to help us. He always explained all pertinent information and although it was a long process he treated us so amazingly kind and informed. Our washing now works perfectly. It is no exaggeration that Zach is tremendous worker who performs his job as good as possible and makes you feel there are still some service people who are competent, fabulous and are first class human beings.

I have purchased all my appliances from Jetson Appliance. The price match and their Maintance is old school! If ever there is a problem their service department answers the telephone and the schedule you quickly for repair tech to come to your home. They stood behind a warranty on my washer and gave me a brand new one because it has more than 3 issues in 2 years. It’s family owned and they give you that personal attention and stand behind their products. We are lucky to have them in our community.

I usually never write bad reviews. I purchased over $33K in appliances in 2021. I was told that the service department would service any issues that may arise. My Thermador induction cooktop cracked. Service refused to send a technician because "I was out of their service area". WOW. Had I been told the truth I would never have purchased my appliances there. Customer service is horrible, as many other reviews have already mentioned. I spoke to a sales associate and explained what happened. Kevin is his name. He said if it cracked because of a manufacturers defect then Thermador would service it, but if something dropped on it and cracked it then they would not. I explained that nothing was dropped, it just cracked on its own. He said "I have a hard time believing that. " REALLY? Ok, I guess I am a liar. If you want to be sold a false bill of goods, then go to Jetsons. They have lost me as a customer, that is for sure.

This is part a review of Jetson’s customer service/repair and part a review of LG refrigerators. We have had several issues with LG refrigerators and refuse to buy one again. Initially, we were having trouble with our ice maker, so a repair person came out to repair it. It seemed to work for 1-2 months, but then our freezer was not staying cold enough. So a different repair person came out yesterday to replace the compressor. Within 24 hours, neither the refrigerator nor the freezer were working so Jetson’s determined that the part they installed was ‘no good. ’ The refrigerator is still under warranty, but the warranty states that they have to replace the part, if it can be replaced, before the whole refrigerator. However, the new part won’t be in for 1 week. What? !? ! When I called customer service to ask for a replacement in the meantime, they wouldn’t be able to do this until tomorrow. So while this would be a 1 star review, I gave them a 2 star review for at least getting us a replacement fridge tomorrow (assuming they drop it off when they said they would). Very frustrating several months from questionable repair work while ‘under warranty’.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but, I have to say, the service I received from Jetson's on the recent purchase of a washer / Dryer Combo was nothing short of AMAZING! We shopped several sites (mainly the big box stores) and then happened across a local retailer named Jetson. What a lucky find. We purchased everything online on a Sunday afternoon and we were told that we would be contacted the next day to set up delivery. Sure enough, we got a call from Mark at the Stuart store and he was fully prepared to set up a delivery for the next day. But first he informed me that our choice for the washer and dryer were slightly different models. Color and dimensions were right, but the controls were noticeably different. He walked me through the correction and made everything right. I told him that the old machines were going to have to be removed, to which he replied that was assumed and included in the delivery price (which, by the way was significantly cheaper than the big box store delivery fee). Also, delivery was arranged for the next day (Lowes and Best Buy were 12 days out). We arranged delivery and, although the delivery truck was later than our scheduled window, we received the equipment the next day. The delivery driver, Dexter, and his co-worker were awesome! They were courteous, thorough and fast. The entire experience was great and I would recommend Jetson to anyone in the Treasure Coast area. Thank you, Scott

Purchased some Samsung appliances from Rob Clark at this Jetson location. Rob was excellent at communicating with us, and keeping us informed of the process right up through delivery and installation. The technicians who came out were extremely friendly and courteous. They happily moved my old appliances to our garage so we could give them to a friend later. They levelled out the stove, cleaned everything up, and even set the clock. Very happy with everything - thank you!

Rob at this location, exceeded my expectations. Worked with me, offered me options. Available by email and phone. Why would any one in Stuart go ANYWHERE else. Happy to have worked with them in the past and I will continue in the future. Grateful!

If you are considering purchasing an appliance from Jetson - DO NOT! Their customer service is shockingly awful. We purchased a Maytag washer and dryer, $1,000 each, in late November. The washing machine control panel stopped functioning; therefore, we cannot Power the machine On. We requested a service call on February 15, waited several days to have their technician come out, to confirm the issue. Once the part was ordered, we had to wait two more weeks for them to come back. When the technician arrived with the replacement part, he opened the box, and the part wasn't in there! At that point, we were at nearly three weeks without a washing machine. With a newborn baby, we could not go any longer without use of a washing machine. So, we had to make several phone calls and put up a fight for them to offer a loaner. The loaner machine they brought us is a joke. It is old, rusted (not very sanitary for washing infant's clothing/sheets), and so small that it barely fits two bath towels. They explained they would need to re-order the part. It has now been 6+ weeks and we still do not have the replacement part. Throughout all this time, Jetson's has not once proactively called us with an update. We have had to call, weekly, to find out the expected delivery date of the new part. We've been told it's indefinitely on back order, we've been told "one more week" over and over again. My husband and I have called separately on the same day only to be told two completely different things! We've also been told three times that a manager by the name of Jessica would contact us - she never did. Not a single person we've spoke with at Jetson's Customer Service seems to care, at all. They keep saying there is nothing they can do. We have called Whirlpool directly and received conflicting information on the matter. We purchased from Jetson to support a local business, with the assumption we would receive better customer service should an issue arise with the appliances - the opposite has occurred. Save yourself the headache and purchase from a big box store, instead.

Wow! These guys actually understand customer service! They could write the book on it. My Call was answered quickly and I was able to order my dishwasher and have it delivered next day!

Terrible treatment by both the sales person, who would deny every promise until we proved his "memory" incorrect then said [sic] what difference does it make, and by the corporate office. We ordered a duel fuel oven for an LP gas cooktop. Jetsons refused to install due to their fear of not getting the counter cut correctly so we needed to retain another installer. Jetsons refused to be responsible for installing the conversion from natural gas to LP gas without charging yet another installation charge leaving us without a cook top for two weeks.

Nick Olah is the best to work with! Nick knows pros and cons of appliances allowing him to make the best recommendation for clients needs and has great communication. I’ve worked with him on appliances for 3 clients and each time he delivered in quality, pricing, installation, and time even during the pandemic when timelines where crazy long. Nick was always quick with setting up delivery and installation.

Service was impeccable so friendly and patient. Knows his stuff answered all our questions went above to make sure we were getting the best deal for our money. The store is clean and they have it all in stock! A hometown kinda feel, I will be buying all my appliances from them from now on. They offer a wonderful service plan, I hope I never have to use but happy to have just the same!
