Whatever you do stay away from this place worst doctor office to deal with as soon as they realized I didn’t need surgery I was pushed to the side they obviously just care about money and not the longevity of their patients they take 10 plus business days to get you information you need about your own medical records customer care is horrible talking with nasty attitudes all the time definitely would never give my business to these people and I never write reviews but I didn’t want anyone else to go through this

Fixed my son’s broken arm. Went for multiple complicated visits and they were top notch every time. They got it together! Highly recommend.

I have had knee pain for several weeks and today I saw Russell Aquino, PA-C and he was fabulous. He took his time and explained why I was having pain and then discussed a plan to help with the pain and healing. I highly recommend him.
I also had Czarina Hall, Medical Assistant, and she was a pure delight. Czarina clearly loves her job and it shows. I was so impressed with both of them today.
Great job Russell and Czarina! Thank you for taking such amazing care of me today.

This is the second time that I am having physical therapy at this facility.
Both times Sarah Colandreo treated me with so much respect and professionalism.
I am a medical professional myself and I understand and appreciate great service when it is rendered to me.
I have already recommended this facility to a number of my friends and patients.

I waited 35 min at the reception and receptionist keep saying Dr Tutorino is running a bit behind, you are next. As adults, we all have responsibilities and appointments to attend as well. Thank you for making me waste my time Jewett

I've had both arms rotator cuff repaired. Dr Jablonski and his team was wonderful in both cases, both at the office and in surgery.

Fast check in, walked in 30 min before clinic closed on a Friday. Dr. Luis Gandara was great, shoulder been hurting for months with limited ROM, he quickly identified the issue of calcium buildup, provided minimal invasive in office procedure under ultrasound. Left with NO PAIN and full ROM, immediate relief. Highly recommend Dr. Gandara.

Great experience. Clean facilities, fast check in, only waited a couple of minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Gandara was very punctual and professional. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

My daughter saw Dr. Aquino for shoulder pain. He took x-rays and sent her for an MRI. I had spoken to the Dr.and explained my daughter is in college and she couldn't come home for a follow up, and to please call with results. After 11 days of not hearing from him, I called Jewett and left many messages for Dr. Aquino to call me back. He never did. Finally I had to speak to a nurse. She saw how many messages I had left, and she was able to tell me that my daughter had to see a surgeon. I requested for Dr. Aquino to call me so he could call in a prescription for her in the mean time. No callbacks. My daughter will not see this Dr.again unless absolutely necessary. I just received a call from the Dr yesterday after 3 weeks of trying to speak with him.

Dr. Perez was awesome with my 4 year old, very caring and attentive. He didn’t rush through anything, heard all of my concerns and explained everything perfectly.

Had a 1pm appointment. After waiting over an hour, I left without seeing the doctor. Go to the Emergency Room. It will be quicker.

I was apprehensive about going here with the poor reviews but I did. Very professional, friendly staf. The doctor was knowledgeable, thorough and personable. He spent time with me explaining everything and letting me ask questions. Average wait time. Will recommend to others. So glad I went here, where they're experienced with bone and joint issues instead of a regular walk in clinic.

I went there around 7pm on a wednesday on the assumption they could take my daugher in for a walk in for her lower back/spine. There were THREE people sitting behind the desk helping me out. I was told they cannot take walk ins for spines (anything else they can - maybe display that somewhere?). But I can make an appointment for another day. Okay, no big deal. So I make an appt for Friday afternoon at 2: 15. That's all they had. Make plans to leave work early and get my child from school early. Friday afternoon at 12: 30 I get a call saying they are canceling my appointment because they cannot take children.what? So out of the 3 people sitting there that night, no one knew they couldn't take children? So they refer me to their Winter park location for Dr. Tall. Twice they called me to tell me about Dr Tall and call them for an appointment. They left 2 messages and stated on the 2nd message "I just called your other number, your emergency contact, and left the same message". I never left an emergency contact number.and they left the same message twice on the same phone number. They also kept calling my daughter a He. Her name is Jayden.yes its usually a boys name, but her info is right in front of you. You should make sure you have their gender right before you make calls. So I call Winter Park and she tells me he cannot take children under 14. Shes 12.again.her info is right in front of them in Lake Mary when they referred me to Dr. Tall. I told her that I was just told Dr. Tall can take my daughter. She said "Well, He doesn't have availability until February anyway". Okay thanks for the help! My daughter does all star cheerleading and I believe she has a stress fracture on her Spine that I just need checked out as I am very concerned of her pain. All of this time and waiting could have been prevented if i was just told from the beginning they couldn't take children. Now I have to wait another 3 days for another Dr for another place. It was just a frustrating disorganized experience. I recommend Dr. William Zink in Orlando if you need a pediatric orthopaedic.

Jewett has been great at all locations - Dr. Billings specifically performed successful knee and shoulder surgery for my father in law. He also accurately diagnosed a hip problem i was having when other organizations were stumped. Dr. Feneshel did a great job with my wife's wrist. Nothing but positive things to say about this clinic

Never made it to the office. Had to deal with someone named Erin in a call center who was totally useless. Gave me wrong fax number for referral, waited 2 days to hear and never did. My Dr confirmed on 2 different occasions that they sent the referral over and yet nothing. I have yet to get through to the Maitland office. I decided to move on. I don't want to spend my time with this group dealing with a HOTLINE for my care.

You can never get a hold of anyone on the phone. When you do have an appointment, you are in the waiting room FOR HOURS. When you finally see the Dr, "there is nothing they can do" to help you

Walk in appt.was helpful, but not worth the aggravation you experience after you need follow up treatment, after waiting 22 minutes for call center, she totally messed up all the information, scheduled us for the wrong Doctor, we waited an hour and a half only to be told that we needed to see another doctor in another office, and the first open appt.was 3 weeks away. Had to pay another 50.00 to hear this information. I do not recommend using this office.

Very bad to communicate with anyone. Nobody pick up telephone. Trying for more than one hour and no luck!
