3At first I had really high hopes for this place, however, after I was told by the ER that I had no fracture and then the PA told me I could have a fracture and then set me up for an MRI for 2 weeks later, I was shocked so I made an appointment to have an MRI done sooner and then getting the MRI results to them was a nightmare and in that process they told me they could not even at least let me know that I didn't have a fracture without another appointment, I am of course going to have another appointment for treatment but I just want some peace of mind that there is no fracture, I was met with disorganization and a significantly lack of empathy. Since then, they haven't even followed up with me, if I have a fracture, do they even care at this point? So disappointing. I always think someone should try a place for themselves, but I wouldn't recommend this place, if you can see a direct orthopedic Dr in a practice of their own, I would suggest that over this clinic.
Customer service is a joke. Humanitarians who are there for you - lol!
