JFK Pediatrics, Atlantis FL

We were referred to this practice by neighbors. As first-time parents, we are extremely grateful for Dr. Valery and her staff. We are able to be seen for each milestone appointment for our baby, we are able to ask our questions and concerns. We also were able to get our daughter's ears pierced with ease. The nurses are kind and caring with our daughter too. Thank you JFKP

We are always greeted and acknowledged when we walk through the door. My son has been going here since day 1 (he is 6 and an half now) and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Everyone is friendly and have never ever made me feel stupid for any questions, as a first time mom, I’ve had. I feel comfortable and confident that my sons needs will be met each time we visit. I appreciate everyone here and HIGHLY recommend. Thank you all at JFK Pediatrics for always showing compassion and always providing the best experience.

I would give this place a one star. Why first of all everybody is so rude nurses doctors EVERYONE. It seems like every time I go they just take my child in to get the insurance money beacUse they never do anything. Doctor comes in sits for 2 min and they are out the door, don’t have no bonds with the parents or the children. Two weeks ago was the last time I visited JFKP and that was the day I decided to never go back! Visited SOMA I recommend to everyone nothing like JFKP they care about you, and you children as soon as you come in they make you feel welcome!

So many things wrong with this place! I don't usually do this but have to, I been to bad places but this one take the cake! Been less than 6 months here and everything is wrong, besides getting information wrong, the customer service is horrific and bad! They don't answer the phone, when they do put in hold till you hang up, after calling all day I went to the office, of course not happy, ask them is there something wrong with the phones, and told me they been busy, after told me if I keep complaining they not going to see my daughter, then told me that she's been changed, they can't see her, and not going to help me that I need to figure out, I call insurance and they told me everything is fine, insurance fax info and they keep ignoring me and being rude, this place don't care for children at all, after they could not find any excuse they finally told me they going to see her! PS the office been empty and phone only ring once since here someone asking info to the nurse and they like making fun of the person. My daughter literally had to vomit so they can see her!

Update: Ross is a really caring and empathetic front desk that work in the Atlantis office. Thanks to her the billing department corrected the mistake. Thank you Ross, you really care about patients. And thanks to the billing department person too.

Denied services to a stablished SICK patient over $75.

I being taking my 3 children to that office since the born, and today they denied healthcare to a sick child over a insurance mistake, they made me pay out of my pocket last year $75 of the $150 they claiming we owed I pay it out of desperation last year and have my bank stament showing it, but now that I visit them many times last year and even this year, and nobody had mentioned the $75, and today I have a sick child they are claiming that i have to pay the $150 AGAIN. I will take my daughter to a urgent care, and never will be visiting that office again. Receptionist was rude and not emphatic at all, keep in mind you are not a retail you are HEALTH CARE PROVIDER if that means something now a days.

Can not even give this place a start horrible manner don’t even know how they got the license for child care they are so rude. Very poor service.
