Jiffy Lube, Orange City FL

Had a bad experience. Check engine light came on soon after it was serviced. They were not going to tell me they did something that caused this until I confronted them

They serviced my BMW x5. They completed the oil change only to tell me AFTER the service was completed that my oil pan had a “twerked” drain pan. They 100% broke it. If it was broken or “twerked” before service they should’ve advised me of that. It cost me an oil change from Jiffy Lube, $300+ for a new oil pan, and another oil change from another oil change shop after the new oil pan was installed. Almost $500 of damages.
I called back and told them about the cost and they offered me another oil change as compensation. I would never go back there for anything. 0/10 would NEVER recommend.

You guys close at 6 pm so you shouldn’t deny service to any customer before 6. I literally came back at 5: 45 pm and the guy there told me they were closing. That’s a terrible customer service

Took my wife's car to get an oil change service and I was met by Ronny Garcia and he got me in right away. Got the car serviced and got me on my way in a very timely way. Thanks Robert, Joel, Brayden and of course Ronny. Very efficient and professional. Great experience!

Didn’t have time to take my vehicle to get an oil change where I usually go. Prices were higher than my usual place. But I’d use them again if I needed too. Everyone was polite

Long story short, my oil change costed me $130 and went down the road and asked them at Pennzoil how much they would have charged and they said $65 for the same oil type. Won't be going to another jiffy lube.

Sat and waited for an hour to get my oil changed, was greeted and was okay with the wait. It’s finally my turn, so I’m in the garage and they begin working on my car, the tech then comes to my window to inform me that they only have the highest grade of oil in, they were completely out of stock of everything else. So I was expected to pay $89.95 plus an additional $25 for this oil change without hesitation, it would have been appreciated if they would have had a sign out, or even when the tech came to the windows of the cars to advise of the wait time, we should have been told then. Needless to say. I won’t be back.

Stopped in for an oil change, the employees were friendly and attentive and professional. They asked me if I wanted my doors lubed and my tires checked and recommended additional services but didn’t push them on me like some oil change places have. I would recommend them to friends and family.

$169 for an oil change why because she had blonde hair and you took advantage of her. You also charged to tap off all her fluids, put air in her tires are you kidding me? I would avoid this place at all cost their rip off artist they take advantage of people. Do not respond with your pre-canned message to contact corporate it's lazy and it's a bailout stop ripping people. Stop up selling people on things they do not need so you can put more coin in your pocket.

Went to Firestone for an oil change but they wouldn’t do it because of a stripped bolt so went to jiffy lube and they had no problem taking care of it thanks jiffy lube on enterprise rd
