I had a flat tire they fixed it but they broke my sensor and put one that doesn't work I had to go to Toyota to replace it they didn't even told me that the sensor was replaced I talk to the manager and he told me that they will reimburse me that they never did?

Well my opinion has changed about this place. Ran by young kids some girls, tried to sell me a cabin air filter, asked why my final bill was so high they said your unauthorized cabin filter was 50.00. Told them to remove it. Came home bought one for 7.00 and put it in myself. They told me I needed new spark plugs, I had just come from my mechanic who had just put new one in.
After years of coming here. It will be hard to change, but cannot continue to patronize a business I cannot trust.

In and out in 10 minutes? Not even close. Didn't expect 10 minutes, but certainly didn't expect over an hour either. Pulled up and someone came to the car. Told him I needed the trans fluid changed and an oil change with Full Synthetic. He wrote it on the windshield. They were not busy. There was only one other car. There were 7 employees around my car, and an eighth showed up shortly after. One of them was probably in his 50's. After waiting for nearly an hour, I walked out to see how they were doing. I was told that they were just finishing up. Ten minutes later, someone came in to bring me out to pay. I noticed on the computer that they put the wrong oil in my car. So they had to pull my car around and back in again to re-drain and add the correct oil. At no point did anyone come in and discuss anything else that my car might need, or explain pricing options. Eight people standing around talking and nobody really running the show. I understand that most of them were younger people, but there has to be someone in charge to keep things flowing.

First - $110 for a synthetic oil change is high and way above market. Second - only including "up to 5 quarts" is ridiculous, especially when you charge another $11 for extra quart. Last - charging another $10 for "delivery-disposal-energy" is absurd and deceptive. That should be included in the overhead/price of what you advertise is your oil change. The advertised price for an oil change should be what it is. If you like flying Spirit Airlines where they nickel and dime you to death, by all means come here.

A 2 star because I’ve been going here for a couple years and they’ve done great! A couple weeks ago I went to have radiator changed. They received the radiator told me it was the wrong one but they could get the right one of course I would have to wait longer then told me they were told the radiator received would “work” on my car. Well I didn’t want it to work. I wanted to make sure so I told them just put my radiator back on and I would check to see if another parts place had my same radiator without the extra stuff on it. They charged me 150.00 for labor. I wasn’t happy

They tried to upsell me by lying.
I just brought in my wife's 2019 Santa Fe Ultimate. They said using conventional oil instead of synthetic oil will void the car's warranty which is a lie. As per the owner's manual they only require a certain viscosity, which is 5W-20 or 5W-30, not whether it's conventional or synthetic. Though synthetic oil is better using conventional oil means that your oil change interval will be will be shorter.

Also some of the services that were listed as being completed were not: washing the exterior windows (windshield only). They only cleaned off part of the windshield that they wrote my name on, that's not cleaning the windshield. They also did not check my air filter, light bulbs, wiper blades, nor my tire pressure and didn't reset my service interval notification.

Done in a jiffy! I went after work so no waiting great experience for such a mundane chore

I wasn't expecting to have them give me diagnosis on something's I need to get repaired. I appreciated that. Service was quick.

Do not recommend it, they tried selling me things that I had already been placed in and insisted that my car was unsafe to drive. As I denied the staff they became very rude and impatient with me, and I did not even get my oil range reset.

There is a $10.00 disposal fee added to the price quoted for an oil change. You’re not informed of this charge until after service is completed.

Excellent service provided by very professional individuals. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Kyle, who was responsible for my vehicle did a fabulous job even finding a nail in my tire that was repaired while there. I highly recommend this location.

A recent $5 increase and a $10 oil disposal fee brings it to $62! For a non synthetic oil change. I won’t be back. I had a $24 off coupon, but that’s besides the point

Come here regularly. Great service, good people. They'll give recommendations, but you don't feel like they're pressuring you into anything you don't need.
