Excellete customer service from the moment I arrived until I left, they explained everything they changed the oil in my car, they made recommendations about my filter and my battery. I didn't have to wait long and they even put me a red carpet o access my car.im very happy with the service.

Jiffy Lube off Atlantic Ave is the best place to go for your vehicle maintenance. Went in for an oil change yesterday and was in and out. Customer service from the team was top notch and David was amazing. He took to the time to explain everything to me, he was very detailed and kind. I didn’t feel pressured or that he was trying to over sell me on things my vehicle didn’t need. Highly recommended.

I went to have an oil change with no pre existing issue and the following day my engine ceased and no explanation was given. The mechanic on staff could not give me a response.

Ruined my girlfriends volkswagon 2 weeks after oil change and she still hasnt gotten money back for windshield wipers. Heard from a mechanic who i know and the dealership that it was done wrong. Be careful!

I stop by yesterday for and oil change at 9: 45 AM, they said the car will be ready in an hour, I got out of there at 1: 30, I stoped on the gas station right on the corner because I del a rattling noise coming from the motor, I found out that somehow they removed the battery and left it loose, also the front driver light was disconnected, I’m not going back to this place, people it’s nice but the work they do it’s sloppy.

Unbelieveable customer service. I can't remember the gentleman name that took care of me but I do believe it started with ja. He was professional in ever sense of the word. I will highly recommend this location and will be back to get my transmission fluid changed!

The staff here are hospital beyond belief with excellent customer service. I've brought my last 3 cars here for routine oil changes and will continue to do so. They all deserve 10 star ratings and raises.

The wait was a little long but worth it. The staff was friendly, did great work and were very informative!

Excellent experience, I rarely post reviews unless negative. BUT I want everyone to know they deserve 5 stars, quick & efficient. Joenil was extremely helpful, I got an oil change on m cr-v & a tune-up. They'll definitely get our business again.
