We spent several weeks looking at vehicles at dealerships in our area and always found that the car we wanted to test drive, was " just sold this morning". We decided to expand our search a little farther and drove from Bartow to Dade City to visit Joe Moran at Jim Browne Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Dade City, just to see what they had to offer. WOW, what a difference! We were greeted by Joe ONLY after giving us a chance to browse and decide on what we were interested in. At most dealerships, you get ten salesman charging you before you get a chance to step out of your vehicle. Joe offered us coffee or water then asked us if we saw anything we would like to test drive. Long story short, we drove home in a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Joe Moran did everything to make us feel like family, and when we left we did.

Bought a 2008 Chrysler 300
Kept it for 10 years and then bought a 2018 Chrysler 300 touring.

Had a great experience at this dealership! The dealership has a selection of used car and members of the staff are very friendly. Travis in particular, was very helpful and answered any and all questions I had. He was easy to reach and made my car purchasing experience as positive one.

Gin Jenkins, was a great salesman at Jim Browne Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Dade City.after numerous emails we went to the dealer on Sunday, she was making sure the saw and try what we wanted no pushy sales, we when in for a red jeep wrangler that she brought from the other store in Tampa and with all the rain she kept bring Jeeps to us in the service area so we didn't get wet at the end we end-up purchaseing a silver one loaded no pressure, good service.

After 2 trips and 4 dealer locates, we finally found my husbands dream car. Went in for recall work.also told them we needed brake work, Jeep was over heating (fan wasn't working), cruise control wasn't working.we were told all the brakes needed to be replaced for $1875.00.needed U-joints, needed a gas tank, needed a water pump, radiator was leaking.and the list goes on.to the tune of $5200.00.it also took 8 days to get to our Jeep. DON'T BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Also charged $125 for diagnostics. Not a good place.

Swing other car dealers were giving me a hard time about my lack of credit Steve Tony Jennifer TJ they went to work and got into a car I couldn't be happier to drive for the next 4-5 years.they're going to do more than just put you in the computer and cross your fingers they're going to pick up the phone and had to do what they take to make sure you get the deal you want and they're going to treat you good they're not just going to leave you sitting in a waiting room twiddling your thumbs.

The whole staff is fantastic. It was the fastest vehicle purchase transaction ever. They also worked out the loan I wanted on the terms I wanted so they must have great relationships with the banks they work with.
