Went to have them check my alternator before I got a battery. These absolute Chads set my dash clock to the correct time. That attention to detail just got them a customer for life.

I know nothing about vehicles. I go here to get my vehicle serviced because the service department NEVER tries to sell me any repairs. If I'm there for just an oil change, I get just an oil change. If they find issues, they give me a heads up. For example, they'll tell me in two more oil changes I'll need brakes which is plenty of warning and time to save. They do NOT take advantage of their customers! I drive 40 minutes from my home to have this particular shop work on my vehicles.

Can't speak for sales but the service department is a joke. Don't waste your time.

Was looking for a second vehicle for driving around town, no long distance. Found a 2011 Ranger listed and checked it out. Mr Douglas is a class act, and the entire process was very pleasant. The vehicle was clean and had no issues. He was up front about the vehicle history and asking price. I wound up purchasing the vehicle, and will do business with them again when I need another vehicle. Highly recommend this business.

Needed to have some work done on my truck before I went on a trip. A tune-up air filter change all of that stuff new new brakes on the front and the back.

Trust worthy, great staff, they do good work all around and have very competitive prices. Anything automotive happens in my life I always call them first.

This place is very honest, I went here for a second opinion after one car shop quoted me $300 stating I needed new brakes and rotors. Jim Douglas checked out my vehicle and let me know that my brakes still had over 50% life and everything was in good shape, I really appreciated their honesty as it saved me a lot of money.

Took vehicle in to checkout a service light. They looked at it and gave me an estimate for replacing airbag sensor.

We were shown several vehicles we were interested in and the sales rep was very informative. There was no high pressure tactics. We came away very satisfied.

We took our 2013 Silverado in for diagnosis and service after a bad experience at a dealership in Gainesville. After only 1 hour, the issue was resolved. Dennis did a wonderful job. We will definitely recommend to others.

Jim Douglas is the best place to go for just about any auto repair. I have become somewhat of a regular when I had a lot of repairs on an older vehicle. I have never had to question or return for any of the repairs that were done. They are friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!
