Close this store. Extremely slow & terrible / incompetent staff. Register girl needs training. Never stop here. Not worth your troubles.

It's been many years since I visited this establishment. I was VERY impressed, the owner reminded me of my late grandfather. Very friendly atmosphere and great food! I will be returning

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes and line only moved by one vehicle, this store is abysmally slow, the staff has zero sense of urgency and is shamefully slow in the the art of slapping meat and cheese on bread and assembling a sandwich. Don't waste your time here.

You don't seem to get as much meat as other sub shops but there's something about the #5 Vito sandwich that just comes together perfectly for me. I get it with no onions and extra tomatoes and I enjoy it to the very last bite. They're always fast and this is a great alternative to a burger place.

UPDATE: Yesterday I stopped here and was taken aback by the fact that I could not order a 16" sub with the exception that I wanted EZ mayo on only half. You see it's less expensive to order one 16" sub instead of two 8" subs. I figure that they would allow you to do that provided that it's all the same sub. The kid behind the counter informed me that it all had to be prepared EXACTLY the same way or it could not be considered one 16" sub. He offered to prepare the whole thing without mayo and then give me a couple mayo packets. I was dumbfounded for a minute. Mayo packets MUST be more expensive than a tablespoon of mayo from the jar. In my opinion this is an example of poor customer service. I was upset about this. I think I'll give Jersey Mikes a try next time.

The service was quick but lacked personal attention. The sandwich was a little light on the ingredients.

Love Jimmy John's, just moved to the area and was not impressed with the staff. Got my order wrong on 2 of my 3 sandwiches and the staff didn't seem helpful at all. I get there are good days and bad days so I'm hoping this was just one of the off ones.

The young lady that helped me was very friendly and efficient. She took great care to make sure my food was ready quickly and prepared properly. She even gave my dog a treat. She was a great rep of Jimmy John’s.

This jimmy johns location decided that brown Ed lettuce was suitable to put on a sandwich! Absolutely disgusting! My dad got me the veggie sandwich for as take out and I had to scrap off all the lettuce and the sandwich was honestly horrible!

I freaking love the Beach Club sandwich and the chocolate chip cookie. I would definitely recommend Jimmy John's to everyone

Past 2 times I have done an online order for delivery, waited over a hour and a half, tried to call store several times and all I get is a busy signal. Will not order again.

I always have a very nice person delivered to my house in Mt Dora from Tavares always kind. And very good food

The Jimmy Johns inTavares repeatedly delivers late. I'll never order from there again. They always have the same excuse - short handed. I've tried calling the store to complain but they keep the phone off the hook.

I have been to two Jimmy John's in the last week and both had excellent people working there. Don't know what the management is doing but they're doing the right things! Highly recommended!

I was running late for lunch and did not want to ruin my dinner plans so I stopped at a Jimmy John's in Clermont Fl. I ordered a small Italian sandwich, #9, I believe that was recommended. After arriving home I opened the sandwich to find that there was not any dressings, or oil on the sandwich Just a plain dry sandwich. I went back to the location and discussed with the person that had handled my order and told him about the sandwich and that I ordered the sandwich that he had recommended and that it was dry and without any dressings. In reviewing the sandwich board, it indicated that this sandwich did come with dressings. He mentioned that I must have gotten a "slim". I was disappointed that there was never any discussion about this sandwich being without any dressings. At that time, he turned around and walked away. I will not be ordering any sandwiches from this chain in the future. Poor customer service!

Order here all the time. Disappointed at my last 3 orders were wrong or an item was missing.
