Jimmy John's, Bradenton FL

We have been to many other JJ shops and always like their heroes. This is the first JJ's we ever went to that made the sandwich backwards and ruined it. They put the lettuce and other ingredients in first then the meat. Who does that? ! It's always meat first and then the lettuce and other selections on top with oil and vinegar. That's the way its done at Publix, WaWa, Jersey Mikes and 100's of other places we've been to. We have never seen it done this way. Very disappointing and will never return.

William in the drive throw taking orders was very rude! It's like his voice go more and more angry as I keep ordering, then when I got to the window as soon as he pass you something he would slim the window couldn't even asks him a question, This was my first and last time going here.

Meh. Underwhelming-ly mediocre.

No one shot and killed any endangered animals while I was there.

The French bread was burnt and hard has a rock. Couldn’t eat the sandwich. When the bread is that bad, the employees should just throw away that batch instead of using it to sell. Very disappointed. I have already sent in my complaint to the owner at this location.

Gone a few times recently and always great service. They’re all very friendly and great food as well as very fast. Thank you!

Sandwich was very fresh in every way, bread meat and cheese. Service was excellent, we went on a Friday night and there were young kids working, they were very courteous and working hard to do a great job and it showed. We will definitely be back to this location.

I normally enjoy JJ's sandwiches, even though they seem slimmer theses days, but I recently went through the drive-thru on St Rd 70 and did not have a pleasant experience. There was no one in line and no one behind me. I ordered a #2 regular size and drove to the window. The lady said it was $8.55 and I asked how did it go from $6.99 to $8.55. She said that's the price of the #2. I said, that's not what your board says. It says $6.99. She reiterated, it's $8.55. I asked, is your board wrong. No, $6.99 is the price of the small sandwich. I replied, I saw 3 prices and I think the small size is like $4.19. She said, no that's the slim. As she handed me my bag, she said, Oh, you added cheese and that's a dollar. I said, No, I didn't. I never get cheese. You never even asked me if I wanted cheese. She just stared at me. I know it's only a dollar, but it's the principle. She lied to me 3 times in a 1 minute conversation and it wasn't like she was guessing. She was very matter of fact. Order Taker: Charlenes

I went to this Jimmy Johns Friday morning and everything was fine until one of the gentlemen making sandwiches he had to be a manager of some sort because he was the only one barking orders at the other employees but in the middle of making food he bent down and started touching his shoes and just went back to making food without changing his gloves what an expectation to be setting for your employees.

Well today at the store on State Road 70 they definitely were not freaky fast I did a mobile order ahead of time when I got there I sat in line for 15 to 20 minutes before I even got to the window and then when I got to the window my sandwich wasn’t ready. And to top it off all together it wasn’t right. I didn’t do anything I ask so if you plan on being freaky fast today don’t go by this store

My daughter has celiac disease and has a hard time finding a place that will prepare her food cautiously to allow her to enjoy a good meal. Ian and Mason were amazing and took such care of making her sandwich so that she felt comfortable with eating some thing that came from a sub shop.

Ordered an East Coast Italian sandwich. It was loaded with mayo. Their isn’t even an Italian word for mayonnaise, and putting it on any Italian food back in Jersey could find you in a barrel in the landfill.

I love Jimmy John’s. Sandwich’s are great. Thursday I got the worse sandwich. Bread was totally burnt. I reached out online expressing my concern and received a blanket message back from the corp office stating each franchise is individually owned and they would pass this along. I gave it a few days and still have not heard back from that franchise. I’m disappointed they even allowed that bread to be used for a sandwich when you pay almost $10! It’s disappointing the lack of response and I don’t know if I’ll still continue to be a customer

We waited 20 minutes from the time we ordered until the time the time we got up to the window and there was only one car ahead of us in line. When we got to the window they hadn’t even started making our sandwiches yet and told us they were out of the normal French bread so we told them that wheat bread was fine. While we waited an additional 5 minutes for our sandwiches to be made we could clearly see French bread behind the counter. This location is absolutely terrible. They have terrible customer service skills and they didn’t seem bothered at all that they took 25 minutes to get our order to us and it wasn’t even correct. We will never go back to this location. It was a waste of our time and money

10/10 JJ experience. The general manager took care of us on 11/27/21. She had perfect customer service skills, quality, and place was spotless! Never seen a JJ location this clean at 6pm on a Saturday night. Wow!

Then to have the customer service skills that made us feel right at home made the experience rewarding. Aside from the fact no JJ's near Winter Garden, FL which we miss from our old home state of Utah.

We will make this our favorite JJ in Florida since we have nothing to compare it to than Utah locations. Compared to them this location will set the bar high enough to make a perfect 10/10 the standard to beat!

Prob the worst Jimmy John's location we've been to. We basically bought over priced bread. Not going to this location again and I'd advise you to look at your sandwich before you leave.

Slowest Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Only 3 employees working. Should be 3 per line. 3 in drive through and 3 for walk ins. I used to work at Jimmy John's years ago and could make a sandwich in 14 seconds. Customer would have sandwich in their hand before they even get their change back from paying for the meal. This Jimmy John's is a complete disgrace to the company. Regular wait times of 5-10 minutes is unacceptable for a Jimmy John's.

Mess up on the sandwich, but was fixed and brought to me before my break at work was even finished. Great job!
