I drove by the JJ on 441 Royal Palm Beach today I was in the left lane not driving fast enough I guess. A JJ driver in a green van with the delivery sign on top pulls up next to me screaming at me and shot me the middle finger. A half a mile up the street he pulls over into the left lane and as I went by I saw him through a handful I would appeared to be coins and hit the side of my vehicle.
Maybe he forgot there was a Jimmy John's sign on top of his van.
I don't think road rage should be tolerated I think he should be terminated from his job.
Not safe. Cashier took several customer's money and then worked on sandwich (s) without changing gloves. Many (most) customs not wearing face cover.
Subs are always on point & the drivers are always kind, giving 3 stars because there is NOTHING freaky fast about their delivery's. I always order 40 minuets before my lunch break so I can eat on my break vs.waiting for food to arrive. I've never waited less then 35 minuets for delivery.
This owner has a few stores. And in my 28 years of retail it’s refreshing to see a owner that cares. I had a problem with an employee. And left a msg. I was called back the same day. I had another problem with an order not really anyone’s fault but a mistake and i was called back at night with a resolution. It is so nice to have a business owner in our community that cars about his customers. I drive by 2 subways and a Jon smiths to go here and will continue.
They do an amazing job the unwitches are such a cool thing to have available to people who can’t eat carbs. I’m loving the tuna salad these days! Thanks Jimmy John’s for a fresh healthy carb free lunch!
