Wagyu steaks are just fabulous! The escargot was served in a manner I have never seen, and it was phenomenal. The wine list is spectacular. Deserts awesome! Service is 5 star at the bar. Beer wine and port only! Skip a cocktail and come here first, then go out for cocktails!

Excellent location for a high grade Kobe and Wagu steak or Berkshire pork. Service is excellent as is the unpretentious decor. Check out the Thursday and Sunday lunch special Wagu NY strip steak with one side for $22 or you can choose any cut of meat or fish from the butcher case and they will prepare it for you. The steaks are expertly grilled to the correct temperature and seasoned to perfection. No need for any steak sauce here! A must to check out. Two locations in Naples and one in Bonita Springs, FL

Ordered a cheesesteak with just cheese and when I brought it home I took one bite and almost threw up. It tasted rotten.

The waiter was rude, our sides jalapeño corn was insipid, the Brussels sprouts were dry and the steak was sent back because we ordered it Philadelphia style and it was not rare. We sent it back this time center was cold. Oh and they came out with a special dessert from the chef, a skillet chocolate chip cookie with ice cream it was undercooked we had a bite or two. We have been going there for years, we will not be going back.

Went there for Father’s Day, ordered two of their 65$ wagyu Ribeye, not impressed at all, I am a big steak fan and have tried many and I can for sure tell the difference. Even my nine years old had to spit it out because it was too chewy… for a steak house this doesn’t even rank.
Service was good, they completely charred/burned the first one then replaced it. I didn’t say anything but I really really REALLY doubt it was wagyu. It doesn’t even compete with regular Ribeye. Sorry but never again…. Really bummed as I expected so much more……………

I'm a local chef & the Jalapeño Wagyu Burger was literally The Best Burger I've ever had at any restaurant in the last 20 years. Never have I stopped in for lunch at Jimm P's Charred on 41 near the mall. I've only ever flirted for dinner, but never actually went, I'm so happy I visited for lunch today. It's literally the best Burger I've ever had in 20 years & I'm not even being dramatic.
This burger had serious flavors! They could improve the overall plating of the Burger. But the flavors were spot on. Perfect medium, delicious, substantial, cheesy, just the right amount of spicy, nice high-quality Brioche Bun, high-quality ingredients. Beautiful thick pickles, nice sweet onions, lettuce that was shredded & and crispy, not Wilted, cooked on a true old school char grill, the flavors unmistakable. Jimmy P's "special burger sauce" was great on anything, spicy, sweet, tangy BBQ sauce. Staff was friendly & the place was clean & well kept. You can see into both kitchens & everything was clean & upkept. Bathrooms clean.
The booth I sat in did need the seat cushion replaced from wear & tear, but that's because so many booties have sat there to eat.
What a surprise. I'll never forget that, Burger. I hope it's consistent, I pray when I visit next, the flavors to be exactly the same, the delicious tater tots, the cheesy goodness, the spicy Jalapeño, the pepper jack cheese. Oh, man. I need another one, but I can't fit it in my tummy.
My wife absolutely concurred. Her BBQ Burger was also insanely delicious. I will revisit to update my review with another experience just to be fair & honest.

This place is outstanding when it comes to steak but the service is very poor. The waitress wasn’t attentive and obviously not happy with her job. After she served the food she never come back and check on us.not even a water refill.

I wasn't expecting such an incredible experience when I first entered the restaurant, but I can safely say it is in my top 3 burgers I have tried. I had that day's burger special and I was surprised at the quality and flavor of the buns, meat and toppings. Just incredible! Our server was very cordial and friendly, and he explained all the specials with a big smile on his face. What an amazing experience!

Stopped in today Sunday the 16th of April at 4: 15. Walked in as people
were exiting the building. Was greeted by a young fella in a dark grey Jimmy ps t shirt. Was told sorry we are closed. Traveled from golden gate estates with my 10 year old daughter to have a meal. After leaving finding somewhere else to eat I looked up the web site. Shows sundays 9-9pm. So I called. Was informed they close between 4 to 5 to transition the kitchen from lunch to dinner. Had I been informed that was then case. We would’ve been happy to wait. The food there is worth the wait. Very disappointed in the way the young man handled the situation. Send my daughter and I off to eat somewhere else. Please work on this. Communication is key to very successful business.

The butcher shop is fantatic. We make the drive from North Naples for the high quality beef and chicken. Extremely knowledgeable butcher and staff. We plan to be loyal customers for a long time!

Picked up 2 very over priced wagyu steaks to grill - expected perfection and taste. Well there was neither of these - the steaks had zero taste, they were as bland as can be. No thank you. I’ll stick to my home town butcher shop.

We received an awkward, borderline rude greeting by the host but our server was great. I had been really eager to try this place but ultimately, I was really disappointed by the steak. I got the #7 wagyu ny strip - their most popular cut. Flavor was okay, but cutting into the steak was tough and the bite was hard and chewy, not what I expected from a “high quality” steak or an NY strip cut. My fiancé had the filet, which was better.

A bit pricey but the steaks are fantastic! You can almost cut them with a spoon. The best I've had in SWFL so far. I am getting addicted.

We went here for an early dinner on NYE with our toddler. Not only was the meal 5 stars the staff was as well. Giving our son some stickers to help keep him busy. Best steak house in Naples can’t wait to go back

The scallops and Brussels sprouts were really good. I wish it had mentioned in the description there were onions. High sensitivity to them.

The Brussel sprouts as a side were different then the ones with the scallops even though the description was the same. The one as a side we enjoyed more.

Steak was cooked to perfection. It was a longer wait then expected from the time we ordered but it was great once it came. The sides were good.

One of the best restaurants ive ever dined or workin in! Food was better than anything around by far! The Wagu steaks are in a category of their own. No other high quality meat even compares. The food from apps to desserts is top knotch and is hard to find anything around that compares in my personal and professional opinion.
