I was in a pinch and Jim bailed me out. My daughter was stranded in FL with a bad fuel pump and Jim’s stepped up when no one else would. I am from Michigan and was more than a little stressed out about being so far away. Jim’s recommended a towing service and had her back up and running in no time. I appreciate the professionalism of this business and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I can't say enough good about the mechanics at Jim's. I took it in for a steering problem and they took care of it. There was only 1 problem arise, the shipping of the products needed to repair the vehicle were delayed because the shipper didn't bring in all the parts as promised. Not Jim's fault, they depend on the shippers to do the job so they can do theirs. So I do not fault them at all for that. The work went expertly, they replaced the front control arms, rear brakes, and several other items. They were very nice to deal with, they will show you the problems and explain it in layman terms. They truly seem to love the work they do and are very darned good at it. I give them a high recommendation. I trust them, and in today's world, that says a lot. If you care about your car and care about your safety on the road, take it to Jim's. The mechanics will make sure it is safe and in top running condition. And they do it for a very, very reasonable price. They will work with you to keep cost low and affordable if you are in a bind. Great people, great work, great workmanship.

I took a car in to have a tire repaired. They said it could be plugged and it would be fine. The tech put a new hole in the tire and had to plug two holes. Two weeks later the tire was leaking air. I took the car to a trusted mechanic and he said it was a bad job and the tire was ripping and needed to be replaced. This used to be a good shop but I guess they have had some turn over and the service is suffering. I’m glad I found another mechanic.
