2024 UPDATE: I needed a taillight replaced. Matt and Steve did a great job setting up the appointment and installing the taillight. It looks great! I only waited a half-hour. I highly-recommend this business!

Last week, I received a spoiler I got on eBay for my 2014 Chevrolet Camaro 1LT. I knew the car needed it as it had everything else I loved, so I found this business not too far from where I live. I called and got a quote from them for paint and install and they gave me such a good price. I took the spoiler in, they scanned the paint code for my car that is located in the trunk, and I left it there until I was finished with work. I went in that afternoon and they installed the spoiler in less than 45 minutes. Not only that, I have received tons of compliments on how the spoiler has enhanced even more the look of the car. It doesn't look heavy in the back anymore, but looks trimmer and quicker. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you, Jim's Body Shop!

I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my vehicle to Jim’s Body Shop for repairs due to an accident, and I couldn't be more impressed with the outstanding service they provided. From the moment they called about the car (which was towed there) their constant communication was exceptional. The staff was not only friendly and attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the repair process in detail.

The efficiency with which they worked was remarkable. Not only did they complete the repairs ahead of schedule, but the results were simply stunning. My car looked as if it just rolled off the showroom floor - impeccable workmanship that truly made it shine. And in less than a month’s time.

What truly sets Jim’s apart, though, is their commitment to customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied every step of the way. The team kept me informed throughout the process, providing regular updates.

These guys are overpriced, lazy and all out incompetent. I brought my truck in for major damage due to an accident. They held my truck for six months which is typically okay if thats just how long this job takes. They forgot to fix my air bags, including my seatbelt, and come to find out my radiator was cracked from the same incident and they never repaired it. There body work was terrible i had to fix the alignment of the hood because, it sat a quarter inch higher then the other side. The mechanic i had was named carmine and he was always dodgy with times. When i brought my truck back for the seat beIts he told me they would do it right away and should only tale one hour. It took him 2 and a half hours and they only replaced the belts and not the connections. I brought my truck into True Auto Repair Shop, they fixed multiple problems and Jim’s apparently turned off a bunch of codes. I don’t know if it was because of the “mechanic” i got or what but definitely do not recommend.

Very bad experience with this shop. I came in to get estimate for repair. The guy in the office did not even acknowledge Im there. He eventually gave me estimate but entire process is very rude and unprofessional - will not never come back here.

Tow truck didn't like how my car looked while backing into a parking lot. Deep scratches and one dent in the door. Right side door had a deep "ding" earned at the super market. Thanks to Jim's my car looks like it just came out of the showroom.

This is a great business, helpful, friendly and actually seem to care about customers.something not seen alot today. I highly recommend.if needed. I will return.i was definitely pleased

Very friendly easy to work with. They do great work. There was an employee named Dave he was very helpful told me what I needed to fix my situation. Best customer service I have ever had.

I would strongly suggest that nobody use the shop, I have had nothing but bad experiences with my dealing so far. Stopped in Monday for an estimate walked in the office. No one even acknowledged me for a few minutes. Finally some guy came out of the back looked at the car made me fill out all this paperwork Then told me to go back inside, I let him know that I did not have time for that as I had various appointments and many other quotes to get told him to contact me later.that evening I had not heard back so I called again left a message for him the next day still no response called two more times and left messages never to be contacted back terribly rude service and totally unprofessional. I’m starting to believe they are prejudiced against anyone who doesn’t carry insurance, as that was one of the first questions she asked me unfortunately I cannot afford insurance which is why I have to shop the quotes around too many places shame on you gyms never heard back at all

Excellent customer service while I had to wait a bit for my parts to arrive. Very friendly and respectful - Thank you Eric and Jim, my Volvo looks brand new.

I brought my Mustang in for a bumper repair after someone rear ended me. Although they were very nice over the phone, I was a bit shocked when I picked up my car
They had their own towing company pick up my car and everything that was in the trunk must have flown into the car. The back seats were folded down.
When I looked at the work they did on the bumper I thought it seemed like they did a decent job but there was a huge scrap on the top of the bumper they repaired and painted.
I had planned on getting the whole car painted before I got rear- ended But after seeing what my car looked like after getting it repaired here I wouldn't bring it back to them.
The condition it was in when I picked it up (minus the dents in the bumper) was in worse shape then when it was brought in.
I feel like I was rear- ended twice.
I can't believe that's how they would hand a car back to a customer.
I defiantly wouldn't recommend this shop.
