Awesome service and resonable prices! Had bad experiences from other salvage yards but this one breaks the sterotypes.

Jims Import is tops in import auto recycling. Call them for all of your used parts needs. Jason is the man to talk to. Ask him about the free continental breakfast. Great job Jims

The gentlemen at jims auto salvage and import yard are the epitome of professionals and will go out of their way to find a part if they did not have it which has only happened once! I was still on the phone trying to locate my part in another county when I received a call from the fellas at jims telling me to pick up the part the next morning!

Meet up with Jason on a weekend to made the deal happen, he was very fair, honest and accommodating! The parts did have some paint damage rated (A grade 0 hrs labor to repair parts) that was not disclosed till I got there which is why the 4 of 5 stars but otherwise I would definitely do business with them again!

I ordered a steering column for a Lexus. I was told they had what I needed, but it had no lock cylinder. When I got there, it had a cylinder, but no key. That makes removing the cylinder difficult. The column was rusty and I was told that was because the doors were off the car. My locksmith would not even try to remove the lock cylinder because he was sure the column had been submerged - probably a flood car. He also found the lock assembly was broken. I e-mailed the company that evening and still have received no response. I drove 115 miles each way to get this part and won't drive another 230 to return this piece of scrap. I reckon it's $165,5 hours and a tank of gas wasted. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
