I have used J and L for several years for the install and maintenance of my HVAC system. I always received prompt and professional service. Whenever there is an issue or concern it is addressed quickly and completely. Mike is our service technician and does an awesome job keeping us up and running and cool in this Florida heat! I used Nextdoor and got 4 of the top-recommended companies to get quotes for a new AC unit after 17 yrs with my old one. Joe was hands-down the quickest to give me a quote (told me I did not need to upgrade to a larger unit as another company suggested!) and he answered ALL my questions promptly. They made it easy for me to submit a $500 rebate to TECO. Nick and Shawn did a terrific install. Shawn kindly and patiently helped me set up my wireless thermostat. Replacing a new AC is expensive, but I did my research and got quotes (including Ierna etc) and the value and, more important, the customer service with J&L got my business. I am happy with my purchase and my AC company for all my future needs. Thanks Joe, Nick and Shawn!

Mike is the consummate professional. He is thorough, detailed and informative of what is needed and when to address filters and cleanouts as necessary.
