Hoping to have them install my new roof
Zach Martin was out to do the inspection and answered all of my concerns, there products look awesome and can’t wait to move forward.
Well 8 months later Zach is gone and I am just finishing up with this company, they totally dropped the ball with all the follow up paperwork and inspections and than accused me and my insurance for dragging our feet. Although the roof came out great the follow through was ridiculously horrible.

I have had a great experience with this company and my roof replacement. From start to finish they took care of almost everything, from ensuring we had what we needed for our insurance company to completing the work in a timely and efficient manner. No issues at all. Aaron from J&M was awesome. We were very nervous about the whole process and he walked us through and explained every step. During the initial inspection, Aaron took lots of pictures to show us our issues and helped explain how the process with the insurance company would go. He was right on the money! When we hit a road bump with our insurance company he explained what they needed from us and we were able to get a new roof installed quickly. J&Ms roofing crew showed up when they said they would and worked almost non-stop. End result was a beautifull roof and we are sure our home is ready to weather future storms. Thanks J&M!

Eric Lebo did a superb job of inspecting my roof and working with me and my insurance company to facilitate replacement of my roof. He was extremely helpful in identifying and documenting the damage to my roof, meeting with numerous insurance adjusters as needed and interfacing with my HOA to make sure the colors selected met with their approval. We are currently awaiting final approval from the insurance company so the installation can proceed. I am extremely satisfied with the highly professional services he has provided thus far in the process.
