Great company with great people! I have dealt with Bobbi Erdmann and Joel Johnson many times and I am always impressed with their knowledge and professionalism.

This company committed fraud. I bought their auto warranty through Volkswagen and when my engine needed to be replaced they said that it has to be remanufactured but none are available for my vehicle. I was gave the run around about a used engine with a warranty. I’m currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against this company please PLEASE listen to the bad reviews. This is a horrible company I would give 0 stars it’s a scam. Everytime I called someone said something different this has been like 5 months and I have to pay my car payment and insurance this whole time. Never go through this company please there are plenty of other warranties available. * I also talked to a company in Philadelphia that actually remanns engines and he said they should have found an engine for me that was covered but it’s up to you to do this and find the parts and everything even if it doesn’t exist. The amount of money I have lost is unbelievable in this process.

Called customer service 2x now and spoke with krista P and someone else the first time. Arguably the friendliest Customer service reps I've had the pleasure of speaking with.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I paid $2000 when I bought my car just to be put through hoops for like 3 months. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I see why their rating is so low

This has been the worst experience. This company has offered no help for the service paid for. They have done everything possible. To cheat my as a customer. They offer zero assistance. I paid for service: coverage. Have been getting the run. Around for months. Stay away from this company they are criminals. With no regard for there customers. Zero stars should be charge as felons. One of their reps told me they wouldn’t pay. He couldn’t provide a reason or explanation. Not sure if it’s even a real company.

It's been over two months and the bank has not yet received payment for cancellation of policies from Arrigo Sawgrass dealer.

It's been so frustrating. I would never recommend to buy insurance policies at their dealer store.

Cancelled GAP coverage when we refinanced our vehicle ad are entitled to a prorated refund. Received a letter 2 months later saying check was sent to the dealership and we would receive it within 30 days, or to call back. Check never arrived. We called and were told to email someone else that never responded. Turns out that company doesn't exist anymore. Called back and was told they couldn't provide me with a dollar amount, or where the check was sent, but given same information from company that doesn't exist anymore. No one wants to own this mess up or help resolve it. Then I was hung up on when I asked for a phone number to where the check was supposedly sent

The claims analyst are very professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and courteous. Judy the claims analyst handling my claim went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. I wish to thank her very, very, very much.

Danny@mygapclaim made this not so good experience surprisingly good. While I wasnt actually able to receive any financial assistance in the loss of my vehicle, I was however filled with a ton of UNDERSTANDABLE and informational knowledge not just on how Gap works but also the other area's that effect these decisions. Bitter Sweet. Thanks again Dan and JM&A Group, give that man a raise

My experience was so easy, submitted the necessary documents that were required and that was it. I appreciate the fact that I did not have to spend alot of time on the phone.

The services with Volvo dealer of Bridgewater was horrible they didn’t help me to fill out the paper work and avoid all my emails. When I show up in the dealer, the rep Steve dolly was very rude and didn't help me like he was trying to avoid finishing the process the worth experience hopefully this process finished quickly. I am still waiting for them to contact me.

This was easy to use if you just have a scanner for some necessary documents. Some documents, (PDFs) can be requested from your lender or insurance company. The document for the total loss payment from my insurance company took the longest time to get after it was credited to the account. It all takes time. Accidents are inconvenient, but this plan helps. Get the documents and move on.

This company doesn't care if you had financial issues due to covid and will use any loop hole possible not to pay your claim and thats after you go through a hundred steps to get them to process your claim. No human compassion.

Excellent customer service by a Customer Service Rep named Jean. Responsive, extremely helpful with my problem and took great care to explain to me what I needed to do. Your warranty service depends a lot on the dealership you bought car from. Courtesy Chrysler of Brandon Florida misrepresented contracts and flat lied about the particulars. The warranty company was extremely helpful.

I was extremely impressed with the excellent quality of customers service that I received during my conversation with Mr. Calvin Potter. Mr. Potter was helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services provided by JM&A. He explained to me how the GAP claims process works, and helped me to grasp a much clearer understanding of my role in completing my gap claim. Mr. Potter answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns patiently and professionally. I would like to personally thank Calvin Potter, and JM&A, for providing me with a superior customer service experience!

The process was easy and fast, once they got all my documents and it didn't take long for them to complete my claim. Only thing I didn't like was all the information they needed and I had to download a lot.
