This company was professional from day one. They did a beautiful job on my windows. Everyone I came in contact with was polite and did a great job keeping me informed every step of the way. I recommend them to all my neighbors.

Hired JMI to replace an existing outer door. One of only a few companies that would accept the project. From the estimate to the finished product, I have been impressed with them. Very professional! From the constant communication, arranging installers to inspectors, on time, quality of work and cleanliness during and after the job. Can't say enough good things!

Every person we met working for JMI was polite, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We were treated better than family. Our new windows and new back door are beautiful. Neighbors are complimenting them.

Great experience with JMI. They had a much better price than several other vendors. They were VERY responsive once the quote was accepted.emails, texts and calls to verify appointments etc. Always on time for appointments and very friendly and efficient installers. Gina is amazing! I've already passed their info along to several friends and as I work in RE, our office hopes to use them in the future. The office team is wonderful too!

I highly recommend JMI - they have replaced all our doors and windows over the past year. They do a wonderful job. We have one of those 'difficult and challenging" houses. A few issues came up during install of some windows and separately of some doors. These were NOT their issues- they were issues with the house / framing etc! Both times- the situation was handled with grace and professionalism. This company goes above and beyond for their customers! Comnunication and Great Customer Service is key! Leo has a wonderful staff working for him, and they all do an amazing job! Everyone including the owner, office personnel and installers are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful!

We had a number of local estimates for our entryway door project. After speaking with Leo, who was informative and extremely knowledgeable, our decision to go with JMI was made. Our entire experience was professional and transparent. They clearly have a system in place for quality service. From Leo to Jane, project manager to Gina and the installation crew, the finished product was as expected.

EDIT: I have reviews going back 6 years, so your attempt to call this a fake account is a blatant lack of research. As for why I'm not in your system, your dispatcher refused to send someone out for a quote. Said it was company policy to speak with a "decision maker" first, didn’t want to accept that I am the "decision maker". Called 2 other companies that scheduled quotes for Thursday and Friday without any issues.

EDIT 2: As I stated on the phone, I make the decisions about work done on the house but I'm not jumping through hoops to get a quote. Your dispatcher didn't seem to care. It looks like I'm not the only one who has had issues though, so thank you for not coming.

Still haven't received the written estimate I requested at the time the estimator was at my house.

Everyone in this company is wonderful, from the office staff to the installers. Very nice guys and gals. Made them dinner for all their hard work. Definitely recommend.

UPATE: 11/15 - almost 5 months since this started. 1st inspection failed due to lack of ancors in the windows! Are you kidding me; this is an istallation company, right? Fast forward after 4th visit, 2nd inspection passes. Looks like there is light at the end of this dark tunnel. Still wont recommend nor us them again.

The lack of communication is unacceptable. It was literally weeks before I heard from them, after the deposit. The PM was almost shocked that I called asking for an install date (like they never put me on the schedule). After a couple of months they called me and told me the original install date would be moved up by a couple of weeks. Not super convienient as I travel for work and canceled a vacation for the origincal date.but, ok. Faster is better, right? No. I was gobsmacked by the initial install. Photos attached. I have never in my 5 owned homes EVER been left with something like this. I immediatly took photos and called the PM. The construction was corrected two days later but I am now left with filling and painting of both the inside and outside of my home. The door is completely unfinished; that would have been nice to know and prepare for. One window was broken during shipment - 6/11/21 started this mess and it is still not replaced as of 10/26/21 and im sick of hearing "We will call you back". Buyer beware - do your homework, ask 1000 questions, get everything in writing.

Customer service poor. Agreed on a door that they couldn't do. Took me to reach out to them to figure a solution as to a different style of door, days go by before they even verify that the 2nd option is even possible, of course took me making the call to them. 5 months go by, instal would be on a Monday, the thursday prior was contacted to verify that instal is on schedule and to be installed the coming Monday.come Friday "due to a death in the company cant do the instal the coming Monday" (you'd think one would know that ahead of time) different work was further being done to my home around the door, so I needed to know before hand when we could reschedule it, was told I'd get a call that same Friday about that.did not.so I had to push projects further out costing me more time and money.

These are just some examples of my poor experience with JMI.

Again the door itself is solid, quite and looks good but the process to get to this point was not worth it.

If you want the short version, I recommend JMI Windows and Doors without reservation. From the initial inquiry with Leo throughout installation every aspect of the project was above my expectations. I cannot say enough good things about my project coordinator Bellinda. When there was a delay in the manufacturing of the windows, through no fault of JMI, she kept me informed on where our project was in the manufacturing process. My installation crew (Dan, Josh, and Jared) were top notch professionals. If you’ve ever done any home renovations then you know that even the newest homes are not necessarily plumb and square. With decades of experience between them the installation team handled all construction oddities as routine. They kept their work areas and our home clean and treated our space as if it was their own. When a construction decision had to be made they provided solid advice and addressed any concerns we had. The PGT windows have made our home so much quieter and while we’ve only had the windows installed a short time it’s already evident that our AC is running less which will show lower electricity bills. I’m now in the process of finding new exterior doors and JMI is certainly going to be my first call for a quote!

OMG! Phenomenal Service. Our super heavy & expensive hurricane rated exterior door (installed by someone else) fell off last night. I called all the Door and Window companies No one really cared that we were dealing with an emergency, except for JMI. Barbara made sure that Leo, who's expertise and compassion can't be denied, showed up early afternoon (on his break time between other appointments) and not only secured the opening -as promised by Barbara. But actually fixed the door. It works better than new. He impressed us with his knowledge of doors, including ours - which they don't carry- the best fix for it. He didn't try to sell us a new door. And gave us recommendations for other doors and windows that we are going to be replacing. This is what one expects from small town neighbors who take care of each other. They now have new life-time customers. Rated 10+ stars.

From the beginning to the end I was very satisfied. The original guy that came out to assess my situation was very honest and upfront. When the inspector came out to inspect it. He was also very thoroughly impressed. Not only with their work, but with their attention to detail and everything that you would want when you have a large amount of money spent on an investment in your house. I won’t hesitate for one second to use them in the future for all my windows and door needs. They also put up with my 11-year-old son that observed the whole project and grilled them the whole time. 20 stars!
