I don't usually write reviews, but I have to this time. Huge shoutout to Antonio and his team for doing an awesome job. I called them up to change the flooring in one of my properties, and they nailed it. Quick and effective service, hands down. Definitely calling them again.

Finally a contractor you can TRUST in Miami! I’ve heard so many horror stories about hiring contractors here who take your deposit and never show up again, that I was really worried to take on a major renovation project that my husband and I were planning at our home in Miami Beach. We knew the place had to be completely gutted but after that we really were lost on how to make it the place we were dreaming of. The other intimidating part was dealing with the city and the whole permit nightmare.

The team at JMK really put me at ease. Lanyon was extremely knowledgeable about the process and followed through with all of the commitments that were promised- getting the plans done, filing the permit, working with us on the materials, and keeping us updated throughout the construction process.

We live most of the year in California and we loved how JMK was able to send us consistent reports of their progress. They were very clear about changes that came up during construction and managed the communications very professionally. Most importantly- we love how everything turned out! The house is exactly what we wanted!

We did $8400 in installs over three months for this company. The man from
JMK who hired is Jeff McInturff, after we were done Jeff said it would be 30 days and we would be paid by JMK this was November 2. Said on December 2 we would be paid by check. When we received nothing, we tried to call and Jeff McInturff email and phone no longer worked. We have been calling JMK for a month and no one will return our calls. This company has not paid us and will not communicate with us to at least tell is what is going on. Their secretary had me email the invoice to her and this is going on the 4th week with no communication nor payment. Be wary of this company.

JMK remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms and per usual were on time and on budget. My friend recommended them and Ill be recommending them to my friend in return.

Update! Since making my review I did receive my deposit back promptly.

I paid a deposit to have a plan created for some remodeling I needed done on an investment property of mine. They took my money and I never received anything. I also paid for a survey of my property at their request. I spent good money for nothing in return. I was also being told that if I had certain things done the city would make me tear down a storage shed that is not even connected to the part of the property that I was having work done to, I really felt like they were trying to make me spend unnecessary money. The city has been to my property several times within the last 3 years, and 4 times this year (2023), and no inspector has ever said anything about the shed in the back. You could have returned my down payment if you never intended to do the work, but it all worked out for me in the end. Sometimes rejection is God's protection! NEVER AGAIN!

Medhi will take your deposit, then steal your money, and his team will disappear on you. That pretty much wraps up the way they do business. Horrible company, scammers. Stay away!

Set out to find a contractor to install backsplash, JMK was very quick to respond and come in person to provide a quote. They were quickly able to fit me into their schedule. The job was done satisfactory and they were very professional. Great at communicating and friendly! Will consider for future jobs.
