2They are very unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers. She ask me if I am giving my husband a bun. Which is mean if i am cheating with my husband. Ask me some personal question from no where. It’s absolutely disgusting I spoke to her and she said she was just joking. That’s pure BS. If i can give this place a zero I would.
Customer service is the WORST. Yesterday I visited the Miramar Fl.branch and Christopher C is very DISRESPECTFUL, UNMANNERLY & UNCIVIL. I ask him what is the US rate to 1 Jamaican $ he answered and when I ask him what is the amount I need to send $18000, the NINCOMPOOP look at his coworker & laugh in my face. When I asked what was so funny He said because I ask him for the US rate and I pulled out my phone to calculate & now I'm asking him to calculate something for me. He is not fit to be working there he would do a better job sniffing luggage at the airport. It was my birthday so I was having a good day and refuse to stoop to his level.
