Paid $707 for a product on February 6 and still have not received a refund. I emailed them about it and they said they would refund me. Told me it would take up to ten days to refund and still 5 months later no refund.

A big thank to Jo tech for all the services done to my mini van. He was straight forward and honest about stuff that next to be fix immediately.

I can't describe how badly unsatisfied I am right now with this place. I ordered a Transmission from this place (4/15/23) and supposedly it was guaranteed to get to me from 6-8 days.and I didn't get a tracking number, because they used a "cheaper carrier" to send my trans and how convenient it was that supposedly it got delivered to the "wrong place". Still a month later I haven't gotten anything so I asked for a refund lol.and I say "lol" because it's kinda funny to me that almost 2 months later I haven't even gotten a full refund because supposedly the app doesn't let him send the full amount only 100 at a time.and I've only gotten half of the money.literally today I asked for the rest of the money and I was told that It was going to be sent later today and I'm still patiently waiting because I don't wanna lose my patience. I try getting in touch and I always get a lame excuse.it's always something going on.

Ordered a timing kit and received exactly what was listed on fb marketplace. Great communication and fast shipping. Will continue to do business with Jotech Performance.

I recently had my car serviced at and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Jo was knowledgeable and efficient, and clearly explained the work that needed to be done.
He didn't try to sell me on any unnecessary repairs or services, and even showed me the old parts they replaced to demonstrate why the work was necessary.
Overall, I would highly recommend Jotech to anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance.

I ordered some Ktuned parts from Joe and he didn't have it in stock at the time but he was able to order what I needed and kept me informed about the order status periodically during my 2 week wait. Customer service is great. Will buy from his business again.

Jo was very helpful with my 2019 highlander. Changed my start stop battery that went bad and he also changed my brakes. I would recommend.

These guys are thieves, I ordered a part from them months ago and they not only have not gotten me the part but every time I call I get told they’ll call me back but they never have, I asked for a refund by email but they ignore my email. Absolutely terrible business practices.

I ordered a part February 13 it cost 378 including the shipping. Well I never received the part. I was told the vendor never sent the part. They would refund my money. I have tried to get this taken care of numerous times. I have yet to get a refund. I am going to have to pursue legal action.

Order a part for three month. The part never arrives. I am still waiting for a refund. I hope they are not cheating on me.

Took my swapped car in for engine timing adjustment and a brake bleed for 4 piston brakes. Started working on it as soon as i dropped it. No wait and sent videos throughout the entire progress of the work done. Pricey but good work.

I ordered a part from here in Jan 2023. After a couple weeks of not receiving and email or anything I called to verify what was going on. The owner said that he was waiting on the part from the warehouse. Another week or so goes by and I call again, he then tells me that he shipped it out but he doesn’t have the tracking number he was waiting for it. Said he would call back in a hour or so with it. Several days, and still nothing I called back then no one pick up my call. What should I do next?

Breakdown of transmission. Thought I was screwed. Called Jotech and they did the repairs in half the time at a reasonable price. You guys are life savers.
