JOANN Fabric and Crafts, Orlando FL

This location was short staffed and sent me in the wrong direction multiple times. Never found what I was looking for, but service could've been better.

They typically have what I want in any craft area. Moreover, they have excellent customer service staffers. Two - - Barbara and Darius-have regularly gone above and beyond in providing assistance, information and education. They're the reason for the 5th star.

Store is poorly run. No regard for customer satisfaction. We come here often and there is only 2-3 employees in the whole store. It doesn’t take much for the cash registers to get behind and they have no care to have someone else come up and help out to ring the customers out.

First time in the store I think. Not accustomed to fabric shops. I was told to go there for 1 item, and with assistance, we found it. I don't expect any need to go back, but it was a nice store.

The worst service ever. Nobody was in the Viking area for about 20 minutes before I went to find someone to help me. And once they came over to “help” she didn’t even know how to do a return. So I asked for an exchange and I’d pay the difference, called her manager that lady didn’t help either. She didn’t even speck to me when I asked for it. So rude and obviously don’t know how to take care of their customers. And once I was leaving, the lady mocked me. Truly if I could give a negative star I’d give about -5

Love Joann's. They always have great deals. Fun holiday decor that you can stock up on when the holiday ends. Have to stay away or I buy more fabric than intended. All in all, it's a fun place to shop for any crafter or sewer. No customer service complaints. And I like how the cutters that have sewing experience give you tips when you are discussing the project you are working on.

This store is wonderful! It's big, clean and neatly organized. It has everything you could possibly need for any craft project, including things for kids. I'm a newbie quilter I just LOVE going to Joann's.its my happy place. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend! 10 stars.

I always find crafting ideas while shopping at JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts. I don't always find the ingredients for my projects, though. This trip provided the needlepoint canvas that has been out of stock for some time. Time to get to work on THAT project!

I went twice in one week! Super friendly and really organized. I could tell they were clearancing a lot of Christmas items, and a few days later the items were moved and organized neatly in another spot. I could find everything I needed and them some! The employees were all very cheerful and helpful. They have hand sanitizer around several places as well as a sanitizer station set up for their shopping carts.

My sister and I had a great time shopping at this store after Christmas. They had great sales, and when we needed help finding something, the associates knew where to direct us. Recommended!

This Joann is friendly and they always have what I need and even what I don't! The lines move quick and the ladies at the fabric counter are super helpful.

Two issues with Joanns. The brand has a hard time making the check out process quick. Numerous customers inline and one cashier. This isn't an isolated issue, it happens at every joanns.
It makes me hate going there because I know it's not a quick in and out.

Second issue is with the upholstery foam. You can't just buy a roll of foam. You have to have to measured and get a ticket. Of course I don't find this out until I've waited 15 minutes in line to check out. So now I have to go wait another 15 minutes for associates at the fabric cutting counter and then wait again in line. Either price out your rolls or put up a sign to remind us.

Please work on being more efficient Joanns!

Usually I can get all my crafting supplies needed but not this time.hence the 4 star! The store has been somewhat scarce even tho its holiday time.maybe they cant get deliveries or vendors are out of goods.

That store used to be good, now is a complete mess, used to have nice products, nicer people but now complete opposite, I'll never buy anything there again.

They have a lot of art supplies for crafts as well as lots and lots of fabric but their prices are crazy high. You have to watch for sales and buy things at 70% off to get a fair price.

This JoAnns is really special. They have quality items at great prices. The employees at this store go above and beyond to help the customers.

Half the employees I saw on my last visit weren't wearing masks correctly or any at all. Definitely washing all my fabric before use just in case.
