We love going to Joanne for all of our crafting needs. We always find something for everyone and you definitely can't complain about the sales, clearance and coupons!

Lots of stuff. Overpriced without their ever-present coupons. Slow checkout, especially today when they had only ONE checkout person. Ridiculous! Today, I didn't have a coupon for patterns, so I had to pay almost $17 for one I needed Today. Still ridiculous. 11/10/22 Wonderful checkout lady! 2 of them working today, so, for once, no waiting. Yay! Improvement!

One of the worst customer service experiences my husband and I have ever had. We tried talking to 3 separate employees for assistance with fabrics and a class inquiry. Every employee was rude, cut us off, and had no care to help us or even tell us where to look up the information. Gina was especially rude. If you’re incapable of working with customers, don’t do a customer service job.

Tons and tons of fabrics. Needed additional embroidery supplies and the selection was extensive. Great place to fill all your creative needs.

I placed an order online, if your order is more than $75. Shipping is free 3-5 days, WELL we are going on 7days and still none of my order is here, so I highly recommend not doing online ordering unless you are willing to wait a while for you items….

Jo-Ann Fabrics seems to about have everything you ever would want if you're a crafter or saw. The store is always immaculate and there always seems to be enough help to keep people content as they're getting things measured and taught and then to the register. Also the employees have good attitude. Oh and the sales you can't forget the sales keep an eye out for them, download their app so you always be prepared.

They should really tell you that you can’t return fabric if it’s less than a yard.bought the wrong color and now i’m stuck with it.thanks a lot guys.

My go to place for Crochet supplies and Jewelry making. Make sure you get the app as great savings and coupons on every visit.

This store is big and carries a wonderful variety of craft and sewing supplies. I found the associates friendly and helpful.

Pleasant people at the cutting counter and they do a pretty good job of keeping the checkout line moving. Always clean and merchandise is organized.

Found what I was looking for but because of staffing issues long wait for assistance and checking out was even longer. Need self checkouts!

Cricut confused when buying Christmas present for our daughter. They took the time to review the machine, all the options, parts and accessories. Now that is service!

Ridiculous non-service at the fabric counter. One person servicing a line of 6-7 people, and completely oblivious to the fact. Walked out and will be very happy to spend our money anywhere but there.

Store is amazing! The only down side is the security guy harassing me and my kids while we were parked in the PICK UP ZONE. He said that we couldn’t be parked there.
