Love the decor items and fabric selections! I think their prices for decorative items are high, so I go for the sales. 2023

The Ft. Myers location won't cut or measure fabric a half hour before closing. That policy isn't posted anywhere, you just have to figure it out when they refuse you at the counter.

Large selection and plenty of inventory on the typical items you'd visit for. I'd give a fifth star for anything "outstanding". But it's just a good and reliable retailer, so don't consider it as points deducted. This plaza is a mess, really, but Joann lifts it up a bit.

We 1st visited Hobby Lobby and couldn't find what we were looking for so we drove further to Joann's fabric and it started looking like we were finding everything that we need it Here in Fort Myers Florida store. After shopping for 1 ½ hours going up-and-down the aisles trying to find everything that we need it and instead of tugging our car around we would leave it Close to the Isle we were in And then When our hands or arms were full we would walk back to the cart and put it in the cart and continue blowing downThe aisle. My car was filled to the top and without asking anyone the manager took my cart and put all my stuff back. We Wound up walking out and not purchasing anything. The killer is it was all for my daughter. She was going to start a new project and now she's disappointed I was not gonna spend another 1 ½ hours searching for the stuff that took me that long to find in the 1st place.

Only one cashier. Couldn't find help in the fabric section other than it's over there.

Horrible service. Careless, I was told to talk to some "jody" about my problem. I expected a woman, there comes a very short guy, presenting himself as "jody". He was clueless however. Then, a "jazamyn" a woman looking like a caveman with tangled hair, and since she was so unkempt, I didn't expect her to have any brain and ability to help me.and of course she didn't help. Stores like this one should not even exist. Since the incident with Joann Fabrics, I order everything from online stores. It is cheaper and more efficient too. At least I don't have to deal with intelligence deficient, clueless, and unkempt staff that represents the nationwide Joann Fabric and Craft stores.

Just a reminder to people, Joann contracts with Viking Sewing machines. Do NOT buy a sewing machine here. Not only will Joann not help if it is defective, Viking will make your life H E L if you want a return or exchange! Sucha shame.when they could make more money, even up-sale if they would act like they care.
