JOANN Fabric and Crafts, Spring Hill FL

If you’re looking for a craft store I would go anywhere but here. This place had one of my worst experiences I’ve ever had and what’s worse is my 10yr old daughter had to experience it too. I would go here again if you paid me too… worst employee experience.store wasn’t closed yet but employees were very pushy because they wanted to go home.lady was slamming stuff into a basket on the counter.when I wasn’t buying too much because I let my daughter get more stuff the other lady looked at us and said “ do you even have any money? ” How do you say that to a paying customer? !? Never again!

This store has super helpful employees, they were the best. I know that employees don't have any say over how expensive things are, but the prices are literally insane. There is a foam carvable pumpkin there that is $39.99 and it's the size of a small basketball. Like. Why?

I love this store! Cashier was super friendly! Store was clean and everything had a price on it which was so nice! Definitely will be back

We stopped at this store yesterday on our way back home (Palm Harbor) to grab some yarn I needed to finish a project. They didn't have what I needed. I decided to use the restroom before I left. The sign on the back of the bathroom door has a sign stating how they strive to keep it clean. This restroom had not been cleaned in a very, very long time. I opted not to use it. If I were the manager here. I'd be ashamed.

If you love a peaceful environment this is the place to go. It is never to crowded and the staff are really nice. I would recommend coming here for your crafty needs.

On 03-20-2023, I was trying to run into store at 18: 56. I just needed one particular item. One of employee was standing by the door watching me parking, locked the door on me when I stepped into by front of door.

Didn't appear to be fully stocked. Was looking for two specific items and they didn't have either of them

Everyone there are very willing to help me find the things to get my old Singer fully functional. Today I needed a new light bulb and a tool to help sew over heavy seems (I saw it on youtube and knew it was just what I needed). Perhaps it's just that I am a man in a women's store who likes to sew that got me all that support.

Smaller store than by us. But still a lot to look at. The fabric selection is huge. Found the yarn we were looking for.

Visited the store in Spring Hill, FL. The selection is "ok" but I like the store in New Port Richey, it's bigger and does not feel as crowded.

Store personnel were very friendly and accommodating throughout my visit to the store! They all seemed to get along well with each other sharing stories and laughs. It's so much nicer to be around people who seem happy in their jobs because they are happy taking care of their customers. Keep them happy corporate!
