Staff isn't always helpful, they raise prices and then bless you with an overwhelming amount of coupons that really don't save if you buy it normal price elsewhere.

Nice store! Had no idea how things have changed in Joann fabrics store. Will be checking out the one back home.

Curbside orders could be improved. Its a great service but i called after waiting an hour and the employee still wouldnt pull my order or tell me what time to expect it. Is it that hard to put some yarn in a bag? Especially if a customer is calling you for it, cant you just put it in a bag already instead of telling them you "dont know, its ready when its ready"?

Update: had to do a return on said order. Want to warn others not to pay for a curbside order using paypal. The girl processing my refund could not give me my money back and forced me to take a gift card. She also tried to argue about the size of the yarn, which she was wrong about. Customer service here is not always good.

It’s a beautiful store but doesn’t have as much stock as the one in gulf coast town center. Deanna at the fabric cutting station is extremely rude and disrespectful. Not very happy with this location

The lady at cutting table made up 3 mask packets on the spot in the late afternoon at the Estero shop.

MASSIVE Store with a lot of items. They don't have everything though, not like the one in Naples. Call first if there is something specific you want, most likely you may have to go to another store. The staff is sweet but they could use more cashiers. There is a snooty woman there who's name lives up to the store's, so be careful when you get your fabrics cut, you may not appreciate her attitude and replies. All in all it is a good store minus the snotty employee at the cutting table.

Wow, the holiday decorations are wonderful. A great selection as always. The fabric department is world class. Really love to shop here, always find a great sale.

Go in for one thing and come out with all kinds of bargains! Rated 4 stars because had to ask for another cashier who was ignoring the growing line.
