JOANN Fabrics and Crafts, Jacksonville FL

Twice I ordered online for pick up and never got a call that the items are ready and when I went there, nobody checked even bothered to prepare my order

Cleaner and more stock than any Joann's I've been in. Waited awhile to be able to check out.which is frustrating.

Didn't have much time to look much, but I'll be back.
I didn't have any trouble finding what I needed to get my work done

All the registers were open on a Sunday! We were extremely grateful the long line went so quick.

Every aisle looked ransacked except fabric. Just a mess and not easy to shop. Lots of empty shelves sad.this used to be one of my favs to visit. Hope they can get things back on track.

I used to regularly frequent the Joann's on Southside a few years ago. This one is pretty comparable to that one. There are many different fun finds here for hobby and gifts. Like many stores though, they seems to be having an issue with keeping their shelves full from the pandemic.

They had many shelves throughout the store that were completely empty. That being said, there were still plenty of things to browse and discover here. If you are into most types of crafts, you will likely find something of interest here.

Closest store for me is about 10-12 miles away. It is not easy to find price on some storage items and price checker inoperable. Had to take bulky item to front from back wall for price. Then returned item back to shelf due to high price given to me. Easier for me to order online

Very slow checking out. Some ladies bugging the only cashier about a discount which Is okay but other employees just walking around and could see we had already waited 15 minutes. Then 3 other people got in line and they still waited. Finally girl who was walking around came to register. Very poor customer service.

Surprised at the seemingly limited amount of fabrics.most of store appeared to by set up for crafts not sewing.
Also the sewing machine contractor in the store did seem interested in selling new machines.her phone call was more important than dealing with a customer. Her attitude was don't bother me you not important. Definitely lost a sale at this store.

Miss. 78 year old outstanding customer service cutting fabric. I call her the grandmother for all. She was awesome informative it took longer but worth the wait to see the care and the love she gives willingly.

I call this place "The Bad Store" because I'm so bad when I go. There's so much great stuff that I blow my budget and end up eating peanut butter sandwiches just so I can craft.

JOANN Fabrics is a Great place to shop for different fabrics, sewing machines, and other miscellaneous items!
