Dr. Lopez LISTENED to me, and I feel she cares and wants to help me. Unfortunately, some doctors do not listen and just brush off their patient’s concerns.

Joana López and her staff are wonderful in all ways since we get to the appointment until we leave her office.

Joanna Lopez takes the time you need to understand, she has a caring nature and gives great professional advice.

The physician is absolutely wonderful, she explains every procedure and the reason for it. The staff is attentive and caring. The wait time is less than 5 minutes.

Doctors and staff take the time to make sure everything is understood and all questions are answered. Do not feel rushed.

They might as well fire the whole staff. No compassion, horrible communication, very slow and on top of that one of the receptionist had the audacity to get loud and rude with me over the phone. Avoid this place!

From the clerical staff to the doctor everyone was very attentive and efficient. Dr. Lopez and her nurse aid had great bedside manner. I was glad for the short wait and the facilities are excellent.

I was impressed by how well informed and friendly the entire staff was during the entire visit. I was very impressed by the interest that Dr. Lopez showed during my visit.

Dr. Lopez took the time to listen to all of my concerns and validated them as well. She has great bedside manner and is very easy to talk to. She shares information regarding new research and takes the time to answer any and all questions. After going through about 4 other GI doctors, she was the first to give me this level of care and respect. I highly recommend her to anyone!

Regarding customer service and medical care within the office, I have had no complaints. In fact, Dr. Johana López is excellent at what she does and her team of secretaries, I mean the administrative part Because on one last occasion when after having waited a long time for me to attend to me but they let us know that the doctors could not attend us due to a damage that there was in the computers. I had already paid $ 30.00 for my consultation but they did not refund my money either and in this last consultation they told me the excuse that they had already reimbursed me with a consultation that I did not accept via zoom.

Did you guys go out of business? Several the billing departments line is disconnected, several other departments have full mail boxes and no one is answering the phone?

Well this place refuses to answer the phones still and never calls back, looks like I'll go without my Crohn's medication until I find a new Dr
