Today I had a wonderful experience with Brittany at Joanne Fisher’s Allstate office. Answered every question I had and then some!
More than pleased.

Unfortunately getting and paying for insurance was better than the claim experience. They will do everything they can at Allstate to avoid paying for roof replacement. I never heard from this local branch again as soon as we had a hail storm in our area. While I understand underwriting and claims are separate functions it is interesting how things quickly change from friendly to total lack of communication when you actually need to use something you've been paying for.

Joanne Fisher, along with her staff are courteous and professional. Request for call backs are respected. Overall I would highly recommend them for any of your insurance needs.

I've been a customer of Allstate Insurance here in New Port Richey for a year and a half, doing business with my agent Joanne Fisher. Although I've had no claims on my home furnishings the company and agent have been regularly to see that I have no problems or any insurance questions. So far, So good. I'm quite happy with my Allstate choosing.

On 6/15 I requested an appointment via the website. On 6/16 I received an email response thanking me for setting an appointment and they look forward to meeting with me. The appointment was for 6/19 at 11 am, I arrived at the office at 10: 53 am, the door was locked and the office was dark and unoccupied. VERY Disrespectful of my time and unprofessional. Lost my business.

Was concerned about changing our insurance to Allstate Fl. Rates are usually much higher in Florida. BUT our concerns were not warranted. Jenny, our agent was so very helpful, she showed us what we could do to keep them reasonable && made suggestions we had never thought of. Ultimately, we're very happy with the outcome!

I spoke with Brittney about switching our homeowners insurance to Allstate. She was very responsive and considerate when preparing the quote - a true professional. We are very happy with the terms of the policy we are getting. It meets all our homeowner needs and the premium is affordable.
