Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar reviews
19Loved it, went for lunch. Had the sliders and the charcuterie board. Both were delicious! Service was great, decorated nice for Christmas. Will definitely return
Very busy, but worth the wait. The food was delicious and came out quickly and the drinks were strong and flavorful.
Honestly, not at all what I expected from any Disney restaurant. I'm going to withhold any comment other than this in hopes that it was just a fluke day.
Stopped in for drinks and really enjoyed the atmosphere. We sat out on the deck and enjoyed live music AND fireworks. Great night.
We only got drinks so we can’t speak to the food, but the drinks were delicious. Only a 5 min wait during dinner time. Love the decor. Fun atmosphere
Amazing service great atmosphere so much choices and the best shake I’ve had and the price isn’t bad at all
Great place for pre dinner drinks. Servers work their socks off and the place is very busy hence occasionally slow to grab a drink. The food is snacky and a few dishes can fill you up. When the stage is occupied next door the bar benefits from live music. We used this place 4 times on our visit and will return.
Amazing atmosphere inspired by the Indiana Jones films. Opt for outdoor, lakeside seating if possible. Cocktails are creative and skew towards the tiki and tropical variety, but there are also plenty of other beer, wine, and spirit options. Great option for a happy hour drink and snack. Recommend the Fountain of Youth cocktail for those that favor something sweet.
*Update 11/11/23
Be warned that if visiting during the holiday overlay and festive menu that the seasonal crowds might impact service and food quality. On this last visit, the cast members seemed to be in the weeds and the food and drinks poor. I'm lowering my original 5 star rating.
Great views and food came out quick but the food sucks. The tacos are cabbage tacos with a very small amount of meat. The cranberry meatballs were dryer than the Arizona desert.
Food was not very appetizing. The chicken tacos should be called cabbage tacos as there Is little meat and 3x the amount of cabbage. Food came out fast, cool view very wet cold cabbage.
We had great service that accommodated our large group as best as they could. Hope to be back
Drinks and theming are consistently good here. Seems to have changed to a self seating model since we've last visited. Very busy. Servers seemed too busy.
We did not eat there, just stopped in for a cocktail which was delicious. There was one barmaid that was nasty and told us we had to leave because all the bar stools were taken but we just went to the other room in the bar were the staff was outstanding, friendly, and welcoming. We will definitely return.
The server was friendly but rushed and unavailable a lot of the time. The menu was online only, but it was not up to date. Only appetizers were available.
I have been coming here every time we visit Disney Springs, since the bar opened. The service is always top-notch, and the drinks are even better. We absolutely love the flat bread pizzas. Highly recommended for a quick bite to eat and a couple of yummy cocktails.
Stumbled upon Jock Lindsey’s while looking for somewhere to eat dinner in Disney Springs without a reservation. While it is described as having a tapas style menu, it really is more of a bar appetizer menu with wings, charcuterie boards, flatbread, sliders, etc. The decor and atmosphere are fabulous - adventure awaits! They have glowing green absinthe if you’re feeling adventurous. Indoor or outdoor seating with views of the water. Loved this fun spot and would absolutely recommend for casual drinks or dinner while at Disney springs!
Eclectic type bar
They serve food but we only stopped in for a drink
Large drink menu
This is one of the coolest restaurants I’ve ever been in. All of the airplane themed items on the wall are truly amazing. The menu is small and too the point.
This location always looks so busy when I visit Disney Springs, but we decided to try one day and we're able to be sat pretty quickly (I believe we came on a Thursday). We were sat outside, which has a great view of the car/boat launch. There's also a great view of anyone playing live music nearby. Most of the food is small plates. We tried the churrasco, the medjool date flatbread and the margherita flatbread. I thought we might still be hungry with the smaller bar portions but it was plenty of food for both of us sharing (plus it's cheaper if you buy 2 flatbread instead of one). I enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and look forward to trying this place again!
