1 So I read all the bad reviews before I booked my appointment and was expecting the worst. The parking at this location is a hot mess, be prepared to arrive early and search for a spot even in the garage.
My appointment was scheduled for 9am, they switched it the day before to 10: 30 with no explanation. So other than the parking and the time change, everything else was great. We saw Dr Cohen and he couldn’t have been more pleasant. Really spoke to my son and I and explained the bones in his foot. The nurse who applied the cast was very friendly and explained every step of the process. Dr Cohen even commented on our address and suggested we visit another office closer to home for our follow up.
If it wasn’t for the time change and the horrendous parking I would totally give 5 stars ️
