JOE & THE JUICE, Miami FL

I visited this Joe and the Juice for the first time and I will never ever go back again, it took an unbelievable 45 minutes to make an avocado sandwich and when I finally got my sandwich the bread was partly burned, I also noticed a very chaotic atmosphere between employees, nobody seems to know what they are doing, and yes they were busy but nothing out of the ordinary, they definitely need better training of employees, and also noticed some of the cushioned seats are completely filthy like something you would find in a dumpster, I love Joe and the Juice and will continue going to other locations in the city but never will I step foot in this place again.

The dirtiest place I ever saw. Everywhere dirt on the floor. Very confusing workflow. It took us about 15 minutes to get the order. Unfortunately it latte was ready about 7 minutes and was almost cold when served.

I Definitely recommend this location. They Treated me Great Amount Of Respect. They Even Gave Me A shot on the house And Not The Type You Drink On Your 5 De Mayo Ask For Jamel He Defines Will Rock Your Drink And Having You Coming Back For More.

By the far the best, cleanest, and friendliest staff Joe & The Juice I’ve ever been to.

The staff are fantastic and create a masterpiece with every order.

I love starting my mornings with a great coffee, and it’s amazing to have such friendly faces every time I walk in.

I really love this place. It feels like family. I come by most days for my morning matcha. They know my name and treat me with the highest customer service and utmost care. I like the recent changes such as the new patio furniture which has been a delight as the neighborhood undergoes transformation. I can see the staff are making an effort to step up their game even more anticipating the influx of new potential customers. Jamaal is the best!

I ordered a sandwich and a coffee for a pick up. The app was showing the order was still in the process. When I have arrived the order was already made and everything was cold. I asked nicely to warm up my sandwich and a coffee. The manager (African-American gentleman) was very unhappy with my request and said there is nothing he can do. I refuse to accept cold order and finally he told me to wait so he can give me a fresh hot sandwich. When I received the order the sandwich was cold again. I asked what was the problem again and he lied to me that he warmed it up and it got called again. He treated me like I was completely stupid and had no apology for such a poor service. I will definitely not be coming back to this location. Awful management. He should not be working there.

Good food but be prepared to wait a while.

They constantly mess up Uber orders, but the GF bread is delicious! Highly recommend the gluten free option

Very clean and great juice drinks! My only gripe is they don't take credit cards. Only check cards. What? Why Joe? Why?

The service at this location is so trash. The employees were inattentive and did not even look up when new customers walked in. I had placed my order in advance thru the mobile app & when I arrived I noticed my shake was sitting in the blender. They just let it sit there for several minutes melting, like someone blended the drink & walked away & forgot it was there. It took me a few minutes to flag down an employee to pour it in a cup & hand it to me. It was all melty by then but at this point I had to go & couldn't wait for them to make a new one. This is unacceptable, especially when they are charging $12 for these shakes.

Great plant based sandwich & shake combos. Awesome location and easy to use app. Occasional order mixup, but nothing too crazy. If you're ordering a takeaway, simply check your bag contents before leaving. Friendly and helpful staff.

I was pretty disappointed at the maintenance of this location the service was not that great. I didn’t feel welcome!

We spent a few days in Miami and went to Joe's so many times! But honestly their fresh juices were amazing!

This place was super cute with great coffee! They have a creative selection of drinks and a cute atmosphere. I'm giving them 4 stars because they could use some umbrellas for the shade outside and the staff was definitely rushing us to decide as if the line was a mile long

Unfortunately the price isn’t worth the chalkiness that these leave in your mouth. Too expensive!
