Joe Water is outstanding. We came from another company named Crystal Clear Water that would blatantly try to rip you off, avoid them like the plague.

Joe Water has been outstanding since we switched, they maintain the system exactly as it should be, never overcharging and always sending out technicians who are excellent and knowledgeable. If you have a question about your machine, they take the time to explain it, so you understand it as a homeowner. This really makes us feel good. Ever since Joe Water has taken over maintaining the system, it runs impeccably well, producing high quality R/O water for our family.

Heather and her staff in the office are fantastic. Their entire office is organized, knowledgeable and always provide excellent service should anything be needed. Also, it's simple and convenient to pay an invoice online. Thank you Joe Water for your excellence, it's much appreciated!

Honest, reliable service. Our system was not powering on. Rudy did a thorough assessment and found that there was not enough water pressure coming into the RO system from the well and pressure tank. There was a cracked pipe between the well and the house. He has a great understanding of how the system should work. He determined the problem and did not "just throw parts" at the problem. His integrity is truly appreciated.

Charles was knowledgeable, fixed the issue, and explained how the system works. I will contact you all to change the charcoal filter in a few weeks.

When I woke up this morning, I have no water at my house. I thought my pump was bad. I called Joe water.technician edrei Mesh come over my house diagnosis the system he find out pressure switch was bad and He replaced it now my water back. Thank you guys.

Rudy was awesome, he came out on the weekend and fixed an issue caused by another technician. If all the employees were as professional as Rudy it would be a huge win for them.

Joe Water rocks. We've had them for more than two years and have been nothing but satisfied with their product, its results, their communication and service. I noticed a small leak in one of our tanks this morning, called the office at around 8: 30 am and they had it fixed by 12: 30. Their technician Collin was polite and efficient and got the job done. Just got my Whole house reverse osmosis installed and I am very happy. Jim, Hunter and Rudy from Joe Water are all great people that made this happen in about 2 days. Their response time was incredible. After 24 years with Culligan, and their poor service practices that have went down hill over the years, I had my Culligan softener removed and this RO system installed. Water is crystal clear and no issues to speak of. The bathtub photo is from the night before installation from my Culligan softener. I could not believe this was what my water looked like. Look at the 300 gallon water tank for the after shot. Crystal clear! Never even used more than 20% in the tank with 3 of us using water all day! Makes about 2 gallons a minute which is way more than enough to keep up. The Constant pressure pump, that is adjustable to your specs, maintains 65 psi in my house and pressure is amazing. My washer fills up In half the time it used to take. I’ll never go back to any other system! Thank You Jim, Hunter, Rudy and the JW crew!
