I went to wash my clothes as I do every week, I put the same amount of clothes to wash in two different machines, one of them came out dry, so I went and asked the old man who works there why Please help me since one machine washed perfectly and the other did not, the answer was that I had to pay again the 5 dollars that the machine I used cost, that it was not his problem, to which I replied, this is how you treat a client who became to this place for years and nothing like this happens before He just told me I don't care, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE

Be careful. I did not ask for HELP from staff, yet they insisted they help me
Even after I said I didn't want help the staff person physically was setting temperatures and xtra rinse or prewash settings. I was then told I could not leave my hampers to the side of the aisle. Because their in the way. Really? My two hampers did not block the aisle. But I think I was infringing on their laundry service. Which was next to the table where I had my stuff. Really their prices
