Joe's Crab Shack, Kissimmee FL

Went there last night and it was a horrible experience. 4 of sat at the bar while waiting for our table and the bartender didn’t greet us or even look in our direction for a solid 10 minutes. When the hostess came to get us she finally walked over and said, I’ll be with you soon. Our appetizer was well over cooked. Under the table was full of food and extremely slippery. My calf kept sticking to the table and when I got up I had a black line of Stickyness across my leg (picture below) The server came to the table 3 times total. Drinks were empty. Food was mediocre. I will certainly never return to this location.

Had dinner at the bar… girls working as a team were great! Tayler was exceptional! Food was really good and loved the passion fruit margarita!

We ordered the Eastern sampler, two side salads, and the King Crab bucket. We also ordered a seltzer, tea, and some Caribbean non alcoholic drink. The king crab was very good but pricey. The sampler was ok, not great.

The service could have been better. We hardly saw our server. We got the wrong order of salads but they corrected that. The Caribbean drink was too sweet.

Wishing it was a better experience.

Only down fall was the wait time to be seated, but once we got inside they told us they were short staffed. It was well worth the wait, the Food was great.

My daughter's family took me to dinner at Joe's Crab Shake. I loved the atmosphere, happy music and the food. Great service and friendly staff.

Best experience! My server Angie was very kind and funny! The food was very good and when I told my server that one of my clusters seemed to have gone bad. She apologized and said she’d get it fixed for me. She got it fixed and I was able to enjoy my meal. Overall 10 out of 10

My first horrible experience at a Joe’s crab shack. They didn’t clean the shrimp nor lobster so the feces was super visible. Manager said that’s how they normally clean the food & no one had complained about this. Snow crabs legs were super salty. The dunganese crab, sausage, & corn were good enough to prevent a 1 star rating. Was highly recommended but I guess the food prep was better a few years ago.

Live in the area and went for the first time since I was craving seafood, it was an allright location and allright food. The service was kinda slow but understandable since it was busy, my wife did not like the fish and could not finish it so she ate from my platter of shrimp. I forgot what type of fish it was but the server said that it's a hit or a miss with people. It's in a great location but overall, price, taste, and service is was 50/50 I probably wont be coming back here.

Poor service because they were awful on the delivery of the food. It's a shame because I really like this seafood chain, but I have had food served faster at at 5 star restaurant. Not to mention no hair nets, and our server must be related to Casper because this female was straight ghost.

If shrimp, lobster and crab was all they sold, that would be great. Anything else, no way. Waitress was nice, salad was good, but the fish, crabcake was horrible.

Great food and great service. Our server, Adrian, was fantastic. Food came out quickly and tasted great.

Food was delicious and the cooks actually cooked crabs for me separately because I'm allergic to lobster. Awesome

Omg terrible service. They were training also and this lady needs to be fired i believe her name was Pam. The guy was good but the service terrible

They were very busy but still managed to bring our order and were very polite. We had an amazing service and will be coming back soon.

Manager and Server top notch, Michelle at Bar did perfect. No to hard, not too soft, perfect for a relaxing lunch and refreshing.

Slow service. Honestly there's a better Joe's 5 miles down 192. Took 15-20 minutes for drinks and then they came out watered down. One plate came out dirty with the shrimp. Took over 2 hours for full service and we only had drinks and appetizers. Saw other tables turn over 2-3 times. Was offered free dessert but didn't want to be there until closing time.

Manager needs training. If a customer didn't like something they're spending their hard earned money for you should do what you can to fix it rather than make a smart remark.

Horrible service drinks took forever and water was never refilled, kids cheeseburger came out without cheese and hard as a hockey puck when we asked for them to add cheese they literally ripped a piece of cheese up between 4 kids sliders and sent them back not melted but cold on top of the hockey puck burgers.

This restaurant is filthy, service was slow, food was inedible and management did not come to speak with us even after we requested and complained about the food. This restaurant needs a serious overhall by corporate.
