Joe's Crab Shack, Kissimmee FL

Went for a late lunch with my wife and kids. I got Joe's Classic Steampot and had a blast sharing it with them since they stuck with the usual.

Revisited this particular Joe's Crab shack coming out of covet when people were all of a sudden going back to normal life but the restaurants do not have the staff to properly service all of the customers so I have to say the service was poor but the food was excellent

I never leave reviews but this place was so unprofessional if I could give it 0 stars I would. My husband and I walked in at 9 an hour before closing. We asked for a table for 2 but the guy (older gentleman) seating us claimed it would be a 50 min wait and we’d be seated about closing time. Multiple tables were open, no line in front of us. He even suggested we go eat elsewhere. We have him our name and coincidentally our table was ready in 5 min. He clearly just wanted to close early. We ate elsewhere at Nantucket shrimp shack where we were welcomed and had an amazing waiter. I will never give a place who doesn’t welcome customers my money. Save your money, don’t eat here.

Our waitress was not happy about a table for 10 and practically threw our stuff at us.how was that tip?

Didn't like sitting in the bar. Asked for a table in the restaurant part but, they said they had no tables available. So where did they seat everyone else?

Didn't get greeted for several minutes upon entering restaurant despite 5 employees at the hostess stand, was seated VERY close to another table despite many other tables being open, service was fair, server wasn't terribly personal, food was pretty good though.

They had bad severs and the manager was horrible and we was here for 5 hour and they had no good drinks

Great Food Great Employees Great Service. Joes has always been one for the best seafood burgers chicken soups and salads all around amazing. I love the place so much I went and got me a job over here.

This location sucked hostess acted like she did not want us colored folks there so we went to another location which was much more hospitable

Paradise Platter was delicious, sister and I celebrated our birthday here. Everything was really good. Chocolate Cake is yummy

RIP-OFF JOE'S CRAB SHACK

If I could give it no stars, I would. I paid $37.99 for a King Crab Steam Bucket but the crab legs were small and there were not very many of them. The bucket was nearly empty since it only contained 3 cherry-sized potatoes. The butter tasted like water with some cheap margarine floating in it. I got 3 hushpuppies since I had substituted them for the potatoes. The flavoring was supposed to be Joe's Famous BBQ but was a few sprinkles of Old Bay. The corn was the only thing that was good. The bucket did not even include a sliver of lemon. I left the 3 miniature potatoes equal to 3 bites, which I had not ordered, took the crab home and ate it with some quality melted butter with some squeezed lemon and some lemon pepper. NEVER AGAIN!

This is a bad place do not come here they have carbonated sprite and the servers and the mangers are very rude and disrespectful also I just found out I have food poisoning PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE

“Second time around. ” I am a Joes Crab Shack fan, so I was ready for the dungness crab bucket. Arrived at this joes they changed the menu and the dungness crab was removed from the menu, but the waitress came through and got it done. So I received my dungness bucket and the crab was cold along with our other meal. Told the waitress and she sent them back, once they returned it was delicious. Overall good experience will go back.

Not worth it at all.service was very slow with an empty restaurant. Hosts having side conversations while your waiting to be greated. Food was overcooked, bland, crab was dry and just overall bad. Worst $100 spent.

The food was really good. My crabs weren’t cooked as long as I would have preferred but they were seasoned really really well. The waiter was super nice and helpful.

Food was good not outstanding but, was what we had a taste for. Service was good waitress was patient and knowledgeable.

Very nice place to enjoy lunch, or dinner and catch up with friends and family if you like Seafood. I recommend this joint to all.

Very good place to eat drinks are good seafood is good steaks all right I'm from Chicago I have one back at home it's just like being at home love it

The shrimp was almost burned and the children's chicken strip were hard. My husband's crab legs were perfect. The server kept forgetting to bring things, like the coleslaw.

The service was extremely slow. We were seated for almost 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. They then got two of our orders wrong, but did correct them. The waitress was nice, but we were very disappointed in the food. The prices were high and the food bland.
