Joe's New York Style Pizzeria & Restaurant, Largo FL

After taking a sabbatical from here due to poor service, there has been a vast improvement. Food was and is very good with good portions value for your money.

Perfect NY style pizza and chicken wings. Restaurant was dead but we picked up to go anyway.

Great, authentic NY pizza. A little taste of Bushwick in each bite, and at a price that'll make you wanna slap your mama! I swear they must ship in their water for the dough from NYS. Friendly staff. Live music. Their calzones are!

STUNNING 4 star atmosphere but the food needs attention. Ordered to go. The "free" garlic knots were chewy and bland. The XL white pizza looked amazing but needs more garlic to make it NEW YORK!

Larry's a prick that insults people's intelligence. Excited to be there and seen the pictures and thought they were cool. I pointed to the pictures and said is that you? He Lied right to my face. It's clearly Larry in the pictures. Everybody knows. Spoke to a driver and he said yes that's him. He's going to sit there even after I ask him a second time if it's him in the pictures. He lie right to my face and tries to tell me that it's someone else. Lol with a straight face. Clearly looking at his employee knowing he's playing some type of game. Now if I would have called him out right then and there and told him he was a lying prick and don't play with me I would have been wrong. That's what narcissistic people do. He says no and gaslights a first time customer. What kind of sick individual is he. I confronted him. Told him he insulted my intelligence.

Just got a order of 20 wings and a pizza. Pizza is on point no complaints there. Got 10 mild and 10 medium wings. Top 3 of the worst wings I have ever had in my life, so disappointed because there wings were always good anytime I have had them before. You literally can't tell the difference between the two. No sauce on them and not fried right at all. Call and the guy that was very nice, said all he could do is give me 15% off my next purchase. I wanted my money back and give them the food back. Keep your 15% never going back there

First time there looking for a good pizza and hit the jackpot and calzones fabulous making it our place again and again. Thank you Joe's place. Awesome spaghetti and very meaty meatballs yum, yum. That's the place for great meals.

Finally was going to give Joe’s a try. I called to order and was put on an endless hold. Thanks Westshore Pizza for taking my order.

I'm from NY trying to actually find some good pizza, and that wasn't good at all, he gave me a slice that looked like it been sitting out for a while, I asked if they had a fresh slice, but still got the old one. No taste at all. I won't be going back there again. Please let me know if anyone knows of a good pizza place in FL thanks

It was one of the worst bbq chicken pizzas we have ever eaten, just horrible

Went there today, I was looking for some "local" alternative to the normal chain burger and sub places. Decided to gove this place a try b/c it was the same name as my Dad & it was a Home Run! I just got the 2 Slice lunch special w/ Plain pizza and it was exactly as they advertise, a QUALITY New York slice!
Connie was very welcoming & helpful, I highly recommend

I love this place. It’s our little slice of New York. Great pizza and subs and calzones. We did have an issue here it kind of bites because I really like the food but I was told to be there at a certain time I got there then I had to wait at the counter for 25 minutes for my food. After the time I was told to be there. Uber drivers got their food but I did not. I see how I rate as a customer. Plus spent $36 and have one of my pizzas missing pepperoni. I called, They did not seem very concerned. I’m done

$13.95 for a small portion of pasta with a cut up sausage, hamburger sub with plenty of bread but little meat, $5.00 for a small draft beer will keep us away for a second second time.

Excellent pizza.

Amendment: I am amending this review as my husband and I went inside to eat instead of our normal carry out. We were taken a back when our server showed up at our table with a right wing political t shirt and then we noticed the other employees wearing the same t shirt. We do not think it is a good business practice to promote politics to paying customers when we r there to have a nice relaxing dinner without any reference to politics. We will not be back.

Boneless wings only wings available. No beer available for advertised happy hour. Pizza was greasy, not New York style.

This was my wife and I first time there, the food a service was great. We will go back again.

Friendly service, delicious food. As a New Yorker I will say the pizza was fantastic. Definitely will continue to order the mushroom pie.
