Joe's Pizza, Port Charlotte FL

We got two pies. Flavor was great, crust was crispy but not burnt, and order was ready in 20 mins.

We love Joe’s pizza! Most pizza places in Florida will blame the water because their pizza isn’t the same as when they were in NY. Not Joe, he doesn’t make excuses. His pizza is delicious! I have never been disappointed when I got pizza from here!

Being from New Haven I'm a little biased when it comes to pizza. So with that being said I will rate this against other Florida pizza. Actually the best I have had here but I'm still looking. It's got to be out there somewhere.

One day the pizza will be great, next time it won't be. Consistency is the biggest problem and not just at Joe's, everywhere.

The pizzas are terrific. The crust is spectacular. Some of the staff are very pleasant, others not so much.

Best authentic NY style pizza in the area. Unfortunately the last 3 out of 4 times I have called to get a pie they are on vacation. Guess they are doing so well they dont need the business. Too Bad.

Ordered Italian hero, no pepperoni, no salami, no lettuce, no tomatoes, really? Shame on you.

Not anything like Joe’s NYC, unfortunately. Much better than the fast food guys. Thin, crisp crust.

I waited to try the pizza before making my review to be fair. Flavor of the pizza was good. We ordered a large mushroom. Very little mushrooms though, two pieces don’t have any at all. My biggest issue was the young lady at the counter. Obviously she is family because no other employer would allow her to be glued to her phone. She watched me put a nice tip in the tip jar and didn’t even bother to say thank you. She just immediately went back on her phone. I mentioned it to who I can only assume was her mother and she gave me a “thank you” and didn’t say a word to her. Sadly they aren’t doing her any favors preparing her for a job outside of the family business.
Again pizza was fine but I think I’ll give my money next time to a business who appreciates it. Service is extremely important.

Food was lacking, kinda needs more seasoning or sum. The fries were seriously wack. The marinara from the garlic knots was watery. And it was cold by the tike it got here.

We just enjoyed a delicious extra cheese pizza from Joe's. Delivery was prompt and the pizza was hot. It has a perfect blend of sauce and lots of cheese. Thank you, Joe!

We're from NY, and you know how we feel about our pizza! We've lived in Englewood East for 15 years, and there is NO better pizza than Joe's!

The food at this place is good, but they really need to work on their delivery.
An hour + everytime you order (no matter the time of day) is ridiculous.

Pizza, Stromboli, and antipasto salad are delicious! We keep ordering! On a side note, the people at the counter could be more welcoming.

Good food, fair service, and reasonable prices. I like ordering from Joe's.

One star deducted for the frequent depletion of the special dough for making Sicilian pizza.

Perfect crust and taste of the pizza! Plus you can tell it's a local favorite, as the person up front greeted many customers by name when they walked in. They make you feel like family. We will definitely be back in the future! So respectful and reasonable priced.

Absolutely love the chicken parmigiano hero! The service is always friendly enough and the prices are reasonable. They surprisingly have some of the best fries I've had from a pizza place. And of course the garlic knots are a must have everytime!
