Joey's Downtown Dapper Barbershop, Vero Beach FL

A most excellent place for a haircut.
We went out on a lunch date downtown today.
Went by Joeys downtown dapper & decided to go in & see if hubby could get a haircut.
Joey took him right in, he was so respectful & kind to us.
He did exactly what hubby requested with such skill & ease.
His haircut looks really, really sharp, dapper.
Its actually the best haircut hes ever had.
We've found hubby a new barber for sure!

Noah gave me a great cut and beard trim. Excellent attention to detail. Get here early on Saturday because it gets busy.

I had a wonderful experience here. Noah was awesome today. I have used multiple barbers here (Jesse, Danny, Joey) never disappointed with the results. The entire staff is friendly and inviting. I recommend making appointment because they are always busy. Well worth the wait. They don't rush you in and out they take there time and make sure it's done right.

I loved this place. I love the atmosphere. It's got a very old-school movie Italian gangster thing Joey who owns it is very nice. The place is always busy so I would suggest you get there early or make an appointment. I suggest you see danny he's my barber he also does excellent shaves. However, all the barbers are excellent, and they also specialize in kids cuts there's always kids in there. If you see Danny tell him Bulldog, the wrestler sent you.

Joey’s Downtown Dapper is hands down the best barber shop in Vero Beach. They go above and beyond time and time again. If you’re a local or just visiting and need the cut of a lifetime. Go to Joey’s you won’t be disappointed!

Awesome place! Every chair filled until closing, which says alot. I went close to closing time and still got a cut. Hands down the best barber shop I've ever visited.

My husband Jimmy is going through chemo. He has always had great hair. Chemo not only takes the color away but the hair! We met Matt today and not only did he listen to our story he took the time to talk to my amazing husband and ask him questions. Made him feel like himself again. Matt did a wonderful job.we asked how we owed and he said “ you have enough going on it’s on me, I’ve been crying ever since. A huge hug to this burly sweet man we will be back.angels around us ️️️

Excellent barber shop, the main thing is the wait List, I was here for 1.5 hrs and I was watching people who walked in way after me were getting called out. I never got my hair cut… something different needs to happen I feel like, people take advantage of the old fashion list. And skip names

Terrible experience. Only takes walk-ins. I called before and was told Danny only had a person in his seat. I get there and Danny spends another hour talking and cutting the guys hair. Another barber saw me there for over an hour and said I was next, then Danny took another guy.

Called and wanted to make an appointment, was told no need, just come on in. Got there at 4 and 8 or 10 people already in line. My time is important too, so I'll make an appointment somewhere else.

Matt is awesome! High quality service, always a great conversation, have seen him with kids as well and they love him. Book him on his instagram - grizzlycutz - easier then waiting since he mostly takes appointments.

A busy barbershop with a great atmosphere. Friendly to all age groups. Put your name on the list and enjoy the barbershop atmosphere while you wait for your barber or any one of the talented guys to send you off with a fresh cut. I highly recommend Danny but there isn't a bad barber in this shop. Worth the wait! You'll definitely walk out happy.

This place is amazing. I've been here twice, 4 years apart in visits and let me tell you the atmosphere was the same, the haircut was phenomenal, and I had a great chat with my barber! I'm not really into fashion or anything like that so when I ask for a haircut I have to kind of describe what I'm going for and it's not always easy to say what I want for it and they got it perfect! They really raise the standards of getting your hair cut. They can be busy, but it's a great sign of quality work to have a line. I'd recommend heavily!

The best barber shop around! They are very friendly. Great atmosphere, clean, and of course great barbers. They even were able to do my one year old sons first haircut and made it a fun and memorable experience. Can’t say enough great things about our great time today at Joey’s. We will definitely be back.

Great barber shop. This has been my go to since I’ve lived in the area. Justin has always cut my hair here and he does a great job, but every barber there does great work. Haven’t seen a bad haircut leave the place yet.

Justin is one of the best barbers I've ever had, every time he cuts my hair it manages to get better! The service is fast, professional and doesn't break the bank. Best barber in Vero hands down

Hands down best fade in town. Joey and the guys are all great. It always feels like I'm hanging out with friends while I'm here, the fire hair cuts are just a plus

*Edit: Today, 05/06/22.my barber surprisingly gave me a free haircut because I was grieving my father's passing. That act meant more to me than he could EVER know. My dad's last haircut was here.as we had both been coming here for years now. I will NEVER forget his gesture.thank you bro. More than the money.it showed me you cared. For that, I am eternally grateful. ️

This is my husband's favorite shop! He loves the staff and the customers. I typically sit in the truck while he's getting a cut. As I sit here, I see all of the customers leave with huge smiles!

Fantastic atmosphere. Terrific haircut for my son. Just wished the f$% bomb wasn't used around the kids so much by employees. Highly recommend their service.
