Johan's Joe Swedish Restaurant, West Palm Beach FL

I enjoyed the Stockholm so much I went back the next day to try the Vasa. Both were great! The Vasa was a little sweet with savory and the Stockholm was very savory.

Nice breakfast place. Service was fast, clean, food was good. Pastries and a variety of breakfast meals. Just enough to make the decision what to eat. By the way the coffee was very good. Price ok. Will return

Soup of the day (potato bacon) and a small Caesar with chicken.

Both were top notch and the salad was especially good. Crisp, fresh, light, refreshing. Just excellent.

Went for breakfast. I ordered the pancakes (basically crepes). It took a bit for the people behind the counter to acknowledge us (they were not busy). It was definitely overpriced, like the rest of the area. The food was good. The atmosphere felt a bit stuffy and pretentious.

Cool spot, but over priced as heck. A lox croissant sandwich was over $20. It was tasty but I'd rather skip it. Atmosphere was a bit snooty.

Amazing selection of pastries, desserts, and sandwiches! Plus smooth coffee. Will definitely be coming back this week.

Thoroughly enjoyed our brunch at Johans. Latte was prepared perfectly. The pastries are beautiful and equally delicious. The atmosphere is adorable with a glam and modern look. While it feels airy and light, I think the floors could use a thorough scrub. It’s possible it’s just the type of tile/grout. Since I don’t eat off the floors, this won’t prevent me from returning for delicious pastries and coffee! Definitely try the princess pastry. Wow so yummy!

Excellent food! I was expecting lingonberry jam with my Swedish pancakes, not raspberry jam. That was my only disappointment. Delicious coffee as well.

Kind people good food but server’s nail was in the crepe while she was serving and remove that part i ate the rest

Ordered almond, fruit and cream cheese croissants, and cinnamon roll to go. The pastries were all quite good. They were piled in a bag to go. Think a box would have been better.

In my opinion, it’s the best coffee in West Palm Beach. The food is worth coming back to again and again!

Great breakfast spot on the fringes of downtown. The coffee is tasty and the food is delicious. The Vasa is out of this world! Simple yet pleasing decor. Definitely recommend!

I love coffee but caffeine makes me ill. The challenge of finding quality decaf brew is real. Johan’s Joe iced decaf Americano is the BEST decaf cold brew I’ve ever experienced. Flavorful, strong, deliciousness. Heavenly bliss for the decaf coffee drinker. I am so thrilled. Their almond croissant is also delicious. The atmosphere of the place is uplifting. The service is top notch. The owner daughter, who looks about 9 years old was helping at the register and with serving customers. She is a NATURAL business woman and had winner written all over her. Such a wonderful thing to see. I love this place. Try it out!

I love this place. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Great coffee, amazing pastries, outstanding food. It's a little expensive, but you get what you pay for.

During our recent visit to Johan’s Joe in downtown West Palm Beach, we had the pleasure of savoring their famous pancakes, both the sweet and savory options, accompanied by a cup of heavenly Swedish coffee. Every bite was exceptional, and the friendly and attentive service added to the delightful experience. We can't wait to return and indulge in their mouthwatering Swedish Meatballs next time. Yum

Great little breakfast joint downtown. Delicious croissant, lots of tea options, and was ready to pickup in less than 5 minutes from when I called even though they were quite busy when I walked in on a Sunday afternoon.

Great tasting food! Had the Swedish Club sandwich with a salad and a half and half iced tea. I was not disappointed in any way and will definitely be back for lunch!

Staff, food, and service were great. Definitely on the pricier side, probably wouldn’t get it again for the cost. I tried the Swedish pancakes & the avocado toast with the salmon add on. Food was very good but small portion.

I was disappointed in the drinks, the matcha latte had very little matcha flavor, tasted like warm milk. I then ordered a regular coffee to go and it was barely warm.

I’d only go back to try the pastries.

Been there twice. Completely underwhelming. The staff can’t be bothered, they act irritated or inconvenienced to be helping you. The server who brought cups to our table was picking her teeth with her fingernail as she walked to us. Food takes forever to come out of the kitchen. Coffee is nothing to write home about.
