Dr. Baker is extremely professional and very informative. The entire staff is just wonderful and makes appointments enjoyable. I am very grateful to have found Dr. Baker, since I couldn't walk for months before I became his patient.

Dr. Baker was a very unprofessional, he belittled me. He made me feel like I was stupid and I did the injury on purpose. Offered no solution, just tapped my foot and sent me on my way. I called my insurance and made them aware of how awful the care I received was. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. I’m going to see a real doctor and get the care I deserve. Not sure how this man is even still in business.

Just back from appt.to discuss why my toe is not healing right after bunion surgury. Additional surgury was discussed and naturally i am not a happy camper. I asked about a toe alignment device and Dr. Baker showed me one they offered. When i was told it cost $70.00 I declined. I found the EXACT same thing on a ortho website for $16.99. To me this seems like fleecing your patients. Its ok to double the price to make a profit, but this seems just so wrong and especially after a not so great outcome with the surgury.

I tell you this from the heart, not as an angry ex-employee. Read all of this message. Hard work, no pay. If you want to work your butt off and get paid beans then work here. Also, if you enjoy working for free, this is the place to be. Dr. B has the best patients, unfortunately he doesn’t care about his staff. Turnover is out of this world, when he gets good employees he doesn’t work to keep them. I was the ONLY employee for months, never missed a day, then had to resign for personal reasons, I still have not been paid for my days worked. I was also LIED to about bonuses and vacation time. With all the turnover it’s hard to tell if insurance is being billed correctly. I noticed that insurance was being billed and patients were paying out of pocket for services. Not right, then it was a struggle to get anyone refunded for anything. At what point do you actually worry less about the money and actually care about the patient? Yes, I’m upset about NOT getting paid, but more hurt about the day to day operation of this business. Don’t go here. Try to find an honest doctor.

Dr. Baker fired a staff member because she was pregnant! He hired her knowing she was pregnant and then 2 months later fired her and told her that once she has the baby to call back to come back to work!

I have been to so many “doctors” for all my medical problems that I gave up hope because they just want to drug you and do surgery.
Until I found Dr. Baker!
He has been a life saver. I have had trouble walking on both feet for years. No answer from any doc. My first time there he gave me insoles and told me to buy new tennis shoes. I can walk. Long story short I have developed more foot problems. I knew it could be surgery. But Doc shot me with cortisone first. My other foot is beyond that and requires surgery.
He goes into as much detail as you need to understand anything about your feet.
He takes his times. Very through.
His staff, Andrea, she is the best. Efficient and has a great personality to go along with it!
You won’t go wrong choosing Doc Baker. He will be the beginning of the rest of your wonder life. 5+ stars.
